Wa wa wonk wonk wonkwa

Have I won the Shulzer Prize?
Burping beautiful blue butterflies
Metamorphizing my mind
If only I could turn back time
Yet I can change into a colorful cartoon
I’m such a buffoon

And deep down I know
That when I stop feeling sorry for myself
Only then will I be forgiven for my shortcomings
So, until we meet again ...

“I love you, Mama.”

Premium Member Stop it Danny

Wakes with a misaligned fanny
this tale is strange and uncanny
much unscrewiing it seems
with the man of her dreams
Her unfortunate state puts the blame onto Danny

Wont accept bhitch but accept a jolly good bonk
Discuss the size of willy......the wonk
I don't usually swear
or discus private hair
Here's the truth! This bard's not a shonk

Premium Member Harriet Honeybunchs Wiley Ways

Harriet Honey Bunch met Henry at a Honky-Tonk
By accidentally giving back of his neck a tiny bonk
Did you see her flirty, flamboyant ways? Asked Connie Conk
Fine by us said winsome Willie Wonk and decent Donnie Donk

Premium Member Oh, Bunk

I used to say the 's-word'
    even the t-word (turd)
But after quite a long thunk
I've now come up with -- 'Bunk!'

  Suddenly I'm the intellectual-type
'cos whenever I have a gripe
  I sound just like a policy-wonk
    when I articulate, "Oh, Bunk!"

In fact, yesterday my toilet backed up
    and though - Shxx! - I couldn't fix it
The toilet spewed out some black junk
at which point, after a short thunk,
I screamed, 'That TURD really STUNK!'

brakka-brakka-brak
Captain America is holding them back!

With a zap, wap, whapp and zappp
He's trying his best not to snap

His shield will clang, kapanng and taaanng
while his body boangs, kapanngs and bwangs

Watch out for the sleeper who walks with a thoom
he'll get Cap with a boom, thwoom and bar-ooom

But our man can outlast the thuds, woofs and crunches
he'll wham them and give them whummpes

The Train Passed By My House When I Was Six

When I was a little girl,
I thought the train was sentient
because it cried mournfully
whenever it came near my house.

Wonk! Wonk! Wonk! Wonk!
It bellowed out its melancholy
greeting each afternoon at two
and we conversed in the language
of loneliness.

How I wanted to crawl into
one of those rusty orange
boxes, curl up with the cargo,
most likely cattle on their way
to Amarillo for slaughter.

Knees tucked beneath chin,
arms interlocked around ankles,
rocking rhythmically.
A fetus safely ensconced in an iron womb.

But the train never stopped for me.
Like life and opportunity, it passed us by.
Like my father it was a cold machine,
wholly incapable of feeling.

Premium Member October Bliss

I ride freely in respite with what this blissful month serves
Like truant in yoga, forgetting all wonga and being wonk
That I may enjoy a long break before November morn
