Wandering Poems

Itinerant

I’ve worked in oil fields,
facing danger for good money,
I’ve sailed on the crab boats
where the oceans churn and freeze.
I’ve drove the long-haul truck,
through the ice and much up to my knees,
I’ve dug that black gold coal
so the people have light and head.

I’ve worked the power lines
and been nearly fried, yes, it’s true,
I’m an itinerant,
cannot stop

A Broken Piece

I know I messed things up
But you chose to be in a slump
You had the chance to show up
When I needed you to pick me up
But you chose to break me up

I gave all of me
You have only seen the dim of me
Ignored the worth of me
You were clearly a mistake of me

Rainbows smile is

Wandering desires have wandered in the shadows

The feelings of the mind are hidden behind the clouds

Unexpected changes abound in the storm

The steps have been taken on a path without turning

Life's lessons have taught me the way to walk

Crazy thoughts have forgotten the lessons learned

Chasing dreams that didn't come true

The desires of the youth have gone astray

Wandering

Wondering if I should,
Wandering into what's good,
I could stay here forever,
It would never get better,
Change comes like the weather,
Another feather in the cap,
I stumble into another trap,
Slapping me in the face,
I start chasing my dreams,
Falling through the seams,
My ego screams,
My spirit streams,
Through different

We are all children of the moon, restless, wandering in primordial light,
Oscillating in pure light that carries us beyond time, like a lost dream,
We come from an undefined nowhere, without a destination on the maps of the universe,
We just shimmer, without reason, without purpose, in the silent dance of snow stars,
This is our beauty, our

HER WANDERING SOUL

Like a cloud before the storm
she drifted
a quiet chaos behind her eyes
a restless wind inside her chest.

She had lived fast
chasing luxury
saying yes to everything
except herself.

One pocket to another
she moved
digging holes to fill others
never noticing she was sinking.

Now her young soul wanders
chased by the storm she once fed.
She regrets being born
forgetting she once made the sun
feel

I once lost my thought on the paths of time, like a wandering cloud in the ever-changing sky,
but I found it chained between the pages of a memory, where moments weave garments of longing,
on the road of life, I wandered with my heart full of desires burning like stars in the deep night,
and in the

Inspired by Mr. Tambourine Man

The roads yawn in their speech,
on this uncharted path tonight.
Clocks hang on walls like ghosts,
their hands spinning aimlessly.
Somewhere,
beyond the velvet murmur of the lamp’s glow,
my feet shuffle like old leaves,
sashaying to an illusory jingle.
Its carefree melody swirling with the wind,
jangling the

PREFERABLY

are the executioners of the nights,

We are just wandering spirits through a world of stone and dream,
where every glance is a film projected on the screen of the mind,
and the stones see nothing, they simply are, simple and silent,
like eternal witnesses to our ephemeral passage through time.
Bless the moment and settle into the stillness of eternity,
forgive the shadows of the

Wandering through dreams and silences, I choose to survive or submit,
the blow is different now, no longer what it once was, a faint echo.
Submission was just a bow, and life promised a new fight,
survival was mere awakening, without titles and hollow possessions.
The world, with its sweet pursuit, has left holes in our souls and chipped

Today is as quiet
As a crowded graveyard
Empty of life:-
Yet, the green of nature,
Shines in springing glory:-

As a brief breeze
Warmly passes by,
Silence retains its control
And all remains calm:-

Yes, life’s reality
Has its blissful moments;
Leaving wearying chaos asunder
As God caresses
Silent wandering souls:-

Premium MemberRamblin' Rouge

The charming Miss Lola dwelt in the small town, at the edge of Red River,
With only her goose, 'Rouge.' She was named after her spot of wet vigor.

Rouge was the darling of Miss Lola, like precious spring, coming to visit;
And was forever roaming from river to house, like golden stars, in orbit.

Rouge frequented every room,

A wandering and biased opinion makes its way through the shadows of my mind,
where a languid bracelet, like a silver serpent, slides along the bare wrist,
unable to truly embrace the fragile curve of destiny that seems to slip through fingers;
this bracelet, a circle of eternity that clings to time but loses it at the same

The Echo Returns Not

Into the void I'm screaming
The echo returns not
No response, even to my breathing
An echo returns not

You used to be my mirror
A reflection I have not
You've gone to someone dearer
My reflection I have lost

Am I numb to all five senses?
A ghost alone I wander
You've left me in all tenses
A ghost alone I ponder
