I don’t know about you,
But I have reached a turning point.
Yes, it’s not the first time for sure,
But each time it becomes more clear
Sharper and deeper,
And this time it shakes me to my very core.

I know I am not alone,
Although it may not include you at this moment,
I know it will eventually,
Because the turning point
Is one of human destiny,
What defines a human
What defines the next step we each take
On the ladder of our own personal ascent.

Mount Analogue comes to mind
A place imaginary, a book unfinished
A symbol of something sublime in all our hearts.
Let me repeat that, in all our hearts.

This is the turning point we all face
Sooner of later
All of us, together at last.
Hell yeah! And
Amen.

Turning Point Of My Life

Everyone has a turning point in life
Many may not understand today
Why did you decide to do a thing like this
At least I won't come to regret it
Like all the past times why not
I don't know how the road ahead is
But let it be good today
Thanks to those who stood beside me when I could barely stand
Actions speak louder than words that don't leave each other
I once told a person that I will stand by them until things are done
But I have to let go because of many reasons
It's not easy for a person to fight many things all the time alone
Today I consider myself strong
I want to go to bed for a while
And get up and fight again in a new role once again.

Heroes don’t always wear a cape
I was rescued during a hasty escape
Trouble brewed and I knew everything
Until coming face-to-face with perishing
A brave soul enabled my life to take shape

Premium Member Turning Point

Everybody has experienced a turning point
It’s a natural part of life; it’s part of growing up
Life is a sleek roller coaster that goes down and up
There’s a Carrefour which we must turn to a point
To pause, think, fathom and reflect upon and to move on
To face a neoteric reality, an ingenious centaur with apron
Unusual or strange events take place all the time where
Nobody is in control; nobody dares to face the bad bear
Life is more than an enigma, a hieroglyph, a mystery
Nobody can really predict anything under the hala tree
One must do his/her best to use the turning point to be
A newer individual, a courageous leader and a brilliant apprentee
Only schlemiels don’t change; only zombies have no hope to be better
It’s scary and sad that the world is following the demented monster.

Turning Point -Bc Ir

If heart you chase is heart of stone
Better for you to be alone
Don't play a game that you can't win
Think twice before you make your spin

Refrain from chasing a shadow
Turn back from hearts as cold as now
For, your not born to be martyr
You're not meant to catch someone's spear

A turning point's not always fight or flight
~ It just may be left or right

Id's eye
            alighted
          on a lamp
            It did

          A thought
            arose
          and ere
            it hid

          Id fleshed
            it out
          Id's ego
            placed a bid

          The lamp -- a dinosaur
            with mighty, godlike power
          eviscerates computer screens
no more of them to be seen

          From hideous jaws
            it spewed hot fire
          Eyeing this ~
            Id expired

A Turning Point In Time

I don’t remember the loneliness
taking refuge inside me
and becoming
part of my story.

I don’t remember the season
or the way the sun
lit the earth then.

But there was a man
in a car full of dogs.
He said there were
people somewhere
with free flowers.

Rhyme of Reason

It's a turning point in time
A history that tells of lies and crimes
One percent shepherd and 99 blind
Led to the slaughter in a single file line

Be it less or more the same
We must shed our skins, forget the blame
See ourselves with love not shame
To ease our hearts of this endless pain

Be this a view of the past
We've come a long way but we're moving too fast
We keep pushing the threshold, how long can it last?
Further and further toward it's collapse

But now comes a chance for change
Resist the division lest we all be estranged
Unity is never too far out of range
We can throw in the towel or make the exchange

Turning Point

When I'm with her "now"
I tend to pause and admire.
Stepping back to watch
Elegance, beauty & cleansing by fire.
Watching her from across the room
Silences my dance of turbulence,
I tip my hat and take a bow.
My purpose took a right turn
From that self imposed dungeon.
Thanks my Lord for the gift of hope
And hope you see, does not disappoint
Making the lukewarm into a burn.

Turning Point

I stand upon a ledge, a precipice in time
A place where things will change forever
The things I do from here I can't rewind
This string of time I will not sever

A place where things will change forever
As I step into the vast unknown
This string of time I will not sever
A leap of faith will now be shown

As I step into the vast unknown
To find the future that awaits for me
A leap of faith will now be shown
For I shall finally gain this victory

To find the future that awaits for me
I'll look ahead instead of back
For I shall finally gain this victory
When in life's journey I attack

I'll look ahead instead of back
The things I do from here I can't unwind
When in life's journey I attack
I stand upon a ledge, a precipice in time

Turning Point

(For Adult Contest)

Turning point: a child is born
tears of pain, tears of joy
mother's milk, flood of love
sit 'n' stand, laugh 'n' talk

on the fly get to know
what is right, what is wrong
rise 'n' shine, fall 'n' rise
question, protest, memorise

weren't allowed, now you can
earn 'n' spend, break 'n' mend
climb the ladder, fall in love
wonder if there's God above

'more you give, 'more you get
care, respect and then protect
tears of pain, tears of joy
Turning point: your child is born

Turning Point

Gods word is reliable,

 this is truly undeniable.

 He's committed to you.

 Never lies pulling you

 through. What he started

in the spark of Christ, the

 Lord God follows through.

 This new journey is your

 turning point
