Premium MemberMastery of Mystery

How mysterious a force is intrigue - a poet's plight and salvation, a magnet of unyielding supernatural bliss to our muse. Captivating and drawing us to our mastery of mystery, impetuously impelling us as we patronize our exquisite enigma. We hold our breath to unique and incredible realities as its momentum baits and beckons in a spontaneous burst of exuberant fixation to navigate our tangible senses and eager heart - compelling our revelation to travel through our portal of questions to superimpose our being with magical poetic discourse.

Summer love (sonnet contest sample)

Winter blues, gloom, fades as spring advances
We're crazy in love on hot hazy days
Summer love blooms with whispers and glances
Caught in love's embrace as the willow sways

Ensnared by love's frenetic energy
Heart strings strumming to a Calypso beat
We move with syncopated synergy
passions swells rising from two lips in heat

Diamond tipped waves shimmer, sending shivers
Steamy heat rises on the cool blue lake
Oil rubbed skin glistens, trembles and quivers
Our senses come alive in passions wake

Tethered together in honey'd repose
As heat exchanges we superimpose

On My Epitaph

On my epitaph don't write I was a saint,
When I actually know I ain't,
I was a vulture,
Disrespectful, refused to follow culture,
Write on my epitaph,
who I were not on my photograph,
Was up to no good,
Stereotype of an angel in disguise misunderstood.

On my epitaph don't make me clean,
My lease image on the TV screen,
is just superimpose above,
Underneath a true self could shove,
the goat-skin I wear,
I'm a villain I swear.

Was a subject of ridicule,
way back in school they thought I was a fool,
But when heaven opened its doors,
I became a darling the society adores,
Soon they will find out,
My demeanor will clout,
what the masses expected,
And in my graveside I will be rejected.

On my epitaph....

Twinkling star

Twinkle twinkle little star,
you erase my deepest scar,

As you glitter in the dark,
and superimpose a spark,

I forget all my blues,
and stare at you glued,

Wonder that magnetic pull,
takes up my heart to full,

Notes that vibrate my mind,
turning all crude to kind,

Make me forget my past,
wiping darkness in aghast!

A Ballad

Unity of mind, body, and spirit the qualifier of love
Statuette
Statue
The wedding vows

If you love somebody, let him know.
When life is short, why would you not explode?
Whispering in his ear about your heart,
he will assume it’s an inner voice.

If you love somebody, shout it to the world.
Share time with that person so he will know.
Tell him via intimate words.
Write him a love poem.

When life is short, why would you not be a bombshell?
Spread your wings like a butterfly you are beautiful.
Make him recognize what he has.
Humor his mind make him laugh.

When you love somebody, superimpose.
Take control of his soul.
Lay above all his meants.
Create an ambiance he wants to be within.

If you love someone, find his passions.
Don’t allow negative stressors.
Time is of the essence.
Figurine - shape your bust all he wants is to be loved.

Evaporation

Marveling
interrogated exclamation
of this sweet and bitter immense tickling loneliness
hard labor
plastified by diverse molds
deep filigree taste
in exhaustible muscle
mind that climbs and rolls
with a battery of titanium

In this loneliness of automation
free greetings of the denture
kind and inocuous farewells
that evaporate and disappear...
travelers of sealed spirals
where beginning and end
ciclically superimpose
recite the myth by memory
and unable to define their flame
exist when they think
dye when they sleep
vibrate when they love giving
plunge serene into the full void.

Junkyard

Picture a junkyard in your mind
a weed infested field covered with rusting hulls
that once were dear
to someone
some met with violent ends
wrecked in the prime of their lives
others were simply cast aside
no longer needed
or wanted
superimpose a homeless shelter
over the scene of the junkyard
how strange
they overlap and become
the same

Photo Testimony

Somehow, We've been everywhere together
Place us against a back drop
Superimpose us and we'll smile
A perfect fit and sun-shined
against the sleeping moon
Somehow, We are invincible now
Hold the quiet in our hands
Break a breath in photographs
A silent testimony
Enigmatically in tune.

Preparation For a Portrait

To wear precious jewels night + day
To be swathed in fine fabrics work or play
Her portrait hangs painted in oils
Her complexion captured time cannot spoil
Photographs we cherish and keep in our pockets
Prior cameras minature paintings kept in lockets.
The oil portrait outlasts a photograph by far
Personal prestige denotes how important we are.
What is your portrait..how do you wish to be viewed?
My sitters are prompted to be embellished in gems
If none are at hand we shall superimpose them.
Diamonds,rubies,emerals,pearls and sapphires
Oil paint manifests all the elements I desire.
Such velvets and Satins even Rembrant would approve.
