An extra hour of daylight bliss,
I’ll watch the sunbeams gently kiss
bright jaunty yellow daffodils
which grow along the banks of rills

I’ll clamber over wooden styles
then walk the hills for many miles
xanthic gorse adds such vibrancy
and colours the land for all to see

Written on an absolutely stunning spring morning ...
We turned the clocks forward one hour last night
