Nice one, Jan. Our daffies should be out any time now (they seem to get earlier and earlier) but our snow drops have been abducted. In these crappy times, any talk of spring is heartening, so thanks for your cheery ode. Terry

Charlotte you have always been so encouraging to me ever since I joined the site as a total novice :-) As for the porn insinuation it is not only untrue but totally ludicrous but its not the first time he has used his bully boy tactics and it wont be the last. Pretty pathetic to hide behind his religious principles too:-) hugs jan xx

There are few things as visually pleasing as bulbs pushing up through the winter snow. "pansies smile as icy shawls just melt away" Paints such a lovely picture.

That’s a wonderful Diminished Hexaverse of spring Jan. Daffodils have always been my favourite flower, a host of golden daffodils, whose heart could not be thrilled... Hugs Belle xx :-)

thanks Belle, its actually a lot of poetic licence although i fear mine is soon to be revoked lol, the buds are starting to form on trees but not a daffodil in sight, not like the previous year when we had them in the garden on Christmas day:-) hugs Jan xx
