raised voices warning
thunder awakens lightning
dark thoughts fading

Gen Boomer says to Gen Alpha,
Bless your heart you are not God,
No, I'm not, Gen Alpha grins,
But I am young still!
the sound of buzzing
announcing his intention
a sharp reminder
not to ignore a warning
ice melting down my shirt sleeve
grave warning from the past
make no mistake of whose your maker
messenger from the past
left clueless
case of the world
I live at
The top of a cliff
Right where a
Lighthouse lives
Which brings light of warning
To ships in danger
Russell Sivey
Nothing out of place
Just playful late summer breeze
A gentle warning...
For children often forget
That Mother has a temper
all day long the heads
talk of doom and disaster
warning us to stay calm
the end of days is nigh
an old poet finds a word
A warning to all Jacks and Jills,
"The world is full of manmade ills
that can't be cured by manmade pills."
Won 6th place
winter whisked without warning
burying birds below snow
hindered happiness hides in hearts
Until sacred spring sails again.
The machine lost its touch
time to collect, more than my mo'
Encryption, low budget skills
she needs a warning sign.
DX
Frantic fleeting thoughts
As a cork in a bottle
Dance without a pause
Touching the panic bottom
Warning about gloomy state
The pits of death
My broken heart
Skipping beats a warning
One day I guess my heart will stop
From living life in mourning.
in front of the mirror
that first wrinkle -
watch out for the warning sign

Heaven's rays warning
Ankle twisting shoreline's pain
Emerald motion~~~~

I
would
love to see
a tv programme
that explains all of the
reasons why we need those
‘External Use Only’ warning labels.
...???
i blew the steam
whistle as a
warning
but i couldn't
stop my train
of thought
from going
off it's
tracks

then without warning
the sun burst through
and darkness was no more

I could write poems
That you wouldn’t like
So if you want the world to remember you
In a good light
Then learn to act right
After red life and death
Weather warning
From storm Ciara to Daniel
Is it just me ?
Or has the actual weather got worse
I seem to be in a jam.
I don't know who that I am.
I woke up this morning,
Without any warning,
Gee, I hope that I'm not on the lam!
On the pathway, just
a snakeskin, the snake itself
long gone. So why this
rattle-tingle in my brain?
Why look in all directions?
stop and think
don't just blink
the warning sign
getting near end on time
stop the sin
let gods love begin
NO DOUDT
TIMES RUNNING OUT
a little birdie told him
that his owner had sold him
the warning he sloughed
alas, he was stuffed
and nothing said consoled him
Devestation by the mountain, a warning now to all.'
Life is fragile.' Who can know.? Or avert when such a disaster
Decides to fall.?
I stood….transfixed, reading the boldly painted warning
…DON’T TURN AROUND – YOU ARE NOT ALONE
