The Sound of Buzzing

the sound of buzzing
announcing his intention
a sharp reminder
not to ignore a warning
ice melting down my shirt sleeve

Ouch! I helped a friend keep honeybees. Sure taught me to respect my little insect friends.

Congrats on your win, Barbara! Somehow this one escaped my attention before. Can feel the sharp sting! When that happens to me I cut an onion in half and rub it on the effected spot; usually it works. All the best. // paul

oh my, Barbara.I am so curious to understand this one. Sorry I put it low. I just like to know the meanings of the ones I place high. I see PD thinks it is a bee buzzing. But because you said "sharp reminder" in line 3, I was thinking that the person was being attacked by a power saw!! Or maybe someone had gotten frozen and had to have his clothes sawed off? Please soupmail me what was in your mind! It sure was intriguing and I am pleased how you formatted your lines.

The definition of fear- hearing a buzzing sound when you're half way through a good sit down on the toilet. Great write, Barbara. Viv x
