Out There
Aware now of its order;
Beauty apparent.
The voided and the nebulous eye.
Thought and memory span the divide....

We must be colorblind,
Those who know say,

We must be race blind,
Those who know say,

No color to see,

No race to blame,

No mayhem,

No pain,

Insanity...

Thoughts Encouraged Far and Fast
Voided spaces
Empty
Empty

Lost in white
Vast in whiteness

Blank expression
Senseless senseless

Far mirage, a point of reference

Blank control, no direction
Inconsistencies consistent...

Simple Words
completely surrounded by love that is voided
speechless by the words that others say
silent by the words of today
incomplete without the least bit of satisfaction of the truth
just ending with a priceless day because of you...

Voided Voices
Do not just read what I wrote.
Know instead of what I meant.
It's been properly written down,
and are now inside of your head.
Though, you may have just begun
Your about to read the end.
What is it that I'm talkin about?
Ask the voices in my head....

Distant Omens Augeries of forgotten doubts long erased by hourglass sands shadows passing through an empty space voided by loveless passion hiding in search of an omen. John G. Lawless Give Me A Sign – Poetry Contest 5/14/2015

Work It
The gong sounded
Workers rushed away
Souls leave the building
Feet enter the building
Hopes freeze
Dreams freeze
For here was work

The bing sounded
Emailed rushed in
Purpose is force voided
Ambition slowly beheaded
Love die
Happiness die
For here is work...

A Deep-Ression
(A World of Monsters & Men)

A deep-ression
Holds me captive
Stabs & punches me
Just to see me bleed
No place to run & hide
It consumes me
Breaks me - leaves me wreck
Void - voids- voided, simply null
I’m just a touch without meaning
A time without season....

A Voided Darkness
The silence that so fills this void
It echoes loud and true
The only way to fill it now
Is with recurring thoughts of you
A light that emanates from your being
It reaches straight and strong to me
So blinding, yes, but not too bad
Leaving you, the only sight to see...

Burnished Refelection
Stark space
could allow for ease
of breath,
but flooded glow washes
in unrest.

Wood burned mirror
rest in farthest
corner wedge.
Its trim scrolls
heavenward in facile
attempts.

Obsidian glass obstructs
true face.
Instead providing
an image voided
of narcissistic delight....

Home
Violated: my home
Robbed of its heart
Voided of its soul
That once lovingly collected, collated now just material
Stuff
Lies cloaked, shrouded in pained memory
Years of images
Unable to comfort the present
Where optimism lived now quiet dullness resides
Brightened by continuous arrival of those living, breathingg
replicass of you....

A Long Wait
I had to wait in a line for a urinal one day. This was during a home game in May. In front of me was an example of a pipsqueak. This little guy looked very worthless and weak. What he did would seem very peculiar. He voided enough urine to fill Lake Superior. Standing behind this runt was no fun. I wondered when this guy’s urinating would be done.

Her pale face is voided antiquity,
a paper-thin line

fallen fresh
from flowery fallacy

to hardwood floor, coiled
cold & blue in landing;

words, like little
droplets of April rain,

a distant deluge
of drought parsing orange

Hemerocallis petals

trenching
around her.

To see it unfold.

Bent at the altar,
Spring’s forgotten daughter can’t....

Woe Is Me
Words have no more Meaning I find myself Deadlocked In an Ethiopian Night I Could go recklessly on But with what Hope? Will I Glide on? Nibbled
Crawling creeping beetles nibble
scatter dither wind and wither
whether chew my mind and sweetly eat
or wittle holes in words I blather blithered incomplete
three thirds are hurled and rained and voided
annoyed I stew swear screamed "Destroy it!"
flung high a roar voraciously clear
heard words tremble dismember retreat with fear

Empty echos reach for letters
devours silence
belches beaks and feathes...

Premium Member The Tongue
* The Tongue By: Miracle Man 7-25-2023 Sometimes we comply to our inner voice, giving little thought where it might lead. We followed blindly, as if void of choice, then regretting later that we paid it heed. Remorseful feelings always come too late, but with forethought we might have avoided. Once door’s ajar, and horse through the gate, those abrasive words spoken can’t be voided. * James 3: 5-12 KJV

..Mirage..
Sirens beckon this vestige as the translucent pendulum swings....

Scaling tuition severed walls wherein nothing lies at all yet

Galaxies of empiricism cast into the still voided winds?!

Frequencies, encircling this graveyards languishing amid the tombs of silence

Their transfixed marbled quintessence now, calling from the depths of

Neverendings never was....

Untold
We are the unbegotten
 We are the unassigned
 Redeemed from oblivion
 Kept out of mind

 We are the great rotation
 Unfolding the sublime
 An echo of obliteration
 Returning with the tides

 Unmarked by boundaries
 Before the birth of lines
 Inhabiting voided forms
 Unrevealed by signs

 Dissolving like a vision
Or a phantom of the blind
 We are the soon forgotten
 In the reckonings of time

Premium Member If I Was Santa
If I was Santa up in the North Pole, many republican stockings would be brimming with coal. President Trump could be gifted a lie detector test, so thousands of rumors could finally rest. I'd arrange for the Italian American Lawyer Association to have Rudy Giuliani apologize to the nation. Mitch McConnell and Mr. Mark Meadows would be sentenced to community service in the ghettos. For Jarred Kushner and Ms. Ivank, I'd gift them a voided check to a Deutch bank....
