Why write more, takes up your time!

My reply across the times
‘God would never choose
~ a people who would lose’

Definite pattern to be learned
Five lines of five syllables
Now four of four
Hexaverse happy
Three lines of three syllables
Two lines of two
Hexaverse’s last line
One line of syllable
Well done

I'll find some way to pass the time
While waiting for your call
I think I'll write a poem
A short one, kinda small
But don't be fooled by lack of words
These two lines say it all,
"Tonight you looked so beautiful,
With you I am enthralled!"

obey the voice
of destiny
awaken now*
to summers fare*
and taste the fragrance
