There once were siamese-like twins
Who didn't share organs or limbs.
An ego was shared
Thoughts moving through air
Between sisters Donna and Kim.
With an ego bigger than most
The twins did nothing but boast
of trophies and wins
And spectacular whims.
The sisters were known coast-to-coast.
So many trophies she had!
"Wow, I want them all!"
Oh my, she was bad..
Poetry to her, became no more
than a bowling alley.
Where she could score more
trophies than her friend, Sally.
All that mattered to her,
was to maintain a higher tally!

Three crows pecked away the heart rubies
from an ice cream coned childhood dream.
When the crows weren't gorging and preening
They'd layer black caw over all of the sweet dream.
These three hags, and I, have grown old and bitter together.
Forever taunting from ruby-stained beaks.
I don feathers from a fractured past.
Minted as trophies atop a foamy nightcap.
