trickle down, forming fissures…
dried flowers thirst quenched

Should i have told him
What would he say
When do i not notice him
there is not a day
can you see my hope
trickle away
The old man gave the boy
half of his sandwich.
The boy gave the cur dog
half of his half.

Trickle trickle ting
I hear it tapping the pane
Whisper water RAIN
I listen it sings my name
Stellar voice Angel waters
I can feel the tear trickle down my cheek
and hang from my jaw line
but somehow
wiping it
seems like such
a waste of time
Generations of abuse,
Trickle down,
Through our family tree.
Changing,
With every generation,
But the cycle ENDS with me.
I hold this shattered glass gentle with a trickle of blood
and it gleams against the sun
like a dagger
slicing poisoned fruit
tear
gliding
down my cheek
a slow trickle
lands upon my lips
i close my eyes
and feel you
you still
live
Emerald moss back stones
Drenching sunlight trickle
Where I rest my mind
(Inspired by Raul Moreno’s Solace in nature contest)
we feel the trickle
of blissful soma nectar
unending rapture ignition
caress divine at play within
silent thunder of bliss emission
tiles dusted with snow-
trickle down rivulets fill the
rain butt
NOTE-HI-KU is any English language variation on the Japanese haiku
through drip
and downspout
trickle the earth
collects all
water from
the house
pulling it
tightly to
her body
in a slow
embrace
shreds of crying clouds
trickle along budding trees,
like shadows of dreams...
words melt away in silence,
as seconds flow with the rain...
A jar of olives in brine…?...
Add zinger or a punchline,
Let your juicy thoughts trickle,
Let your tangy wit tickle.
The title too must be fine.
Truth is not stagnant
nor a shallow trickle
of comfort; it is a
living word--a doorway
leading to eternal life.
To enter Truth
is to enter Freedom.
sands in my hand
trickle as I close
my palm to grip them
I whisper your name
as my teardrops
flow with the sands

Butterfly
'Pon center's white line
Car speeds by
Mourning cloak
Bounces lifeless 'pon asphalt
Tears trickle down cheeks
singing birds early dawn
sinking moon sulk up rising
sun warms up the shores
sands drift release the embrace warm
sweet night withering sweat trickle
Form:
Chill breath of autumn
Sears the poppy scarlet red,
On his memory'd cenotaph.
Tears trickle in the furrowed
Faces of young comrades
.....now long dead
11/03/21
pine needles soon
amber colored trickle among
azaleas' strewn
In the thinking process..
Finis' today..
PORCELAIN SKIN
STAINED
RUNS BRIGHT RED
COVERS A SILENT SCREAM
GHOSTS TRICKLE OUT
BLEED ONTO YOU
RUNS OUT OF ME
LIKE EXORCISM
FOR AWHILE
ALL IS WELL.
If I had a shiny new nickel
I'd buy me another dill pickle
My wife thinks she knocked me up
Made me go pee in a cup
But pickle juice came out in a trickle
A trickle of light tapping at my window
clearing the path for the sun to shine thru
subtle awareness is drawn to my eyes
of the awakening of a morning gleam.

Chill breath of autumn
Sears the poppy scarlet red,
On his memory'd cenotaph.
Tears trickle in the furrowed
Faces of young comrades
.....now long dead
Into his poems he poured his whole being
unto exhaustion, what chance of retrieving
the soul from which his talent distilled
~ knowing not that a trickle can kill
