It should be against the law to be mean and unkind.
Unfortunately these terms are subjective.
My idea of mean and unkind might be quite different than yours.
Things that make you laugh might make me cry
And vice-a-versa.  
A third person might snort or roll their eyes
Not bothered at all with things that put us in our beds with grief.
Some might grab their canvas and paints.
Others might have to take a happy pill.
So how can we go about making such a law?
