faster ~ faster
time promenades
look listen learn
beggars ~ thieves
trust YOURSELF
humanity
instinct or extinct?
Thieves held up the bank to ransom
a tidy profit most handsome.
With no cash inside
they had to decide
to make the people advance some.
Man's asked thieves to hold his money
The corrupt to enforce his laws
The wicked to govern for good
and the sinners to forgive his flaws.
Give me
your liars
your greedy
your thieves
you unlawful
people of no principals
and no ethics
Of these
I will hire the best
Thieves run faster
Than the searching light
Into the shadows
Of wrong deeds
To light up the shadows
God lights up
The lamps in their hearts
My eyes do not deceive me
Why doesn’t she grieve me
