I've amassed a fair number of brown South Asian lovers.
In my mind I revisit one whom I slept with beneath covers,
As my swollen sore heart began beating ever sadder.

Sight For Sore Eyes

You'll never believe this thing I saw
It couldn't stop from flappin' its jaw
With warts poking thru its beard
My eyes permanently seared
Wait! it was only my mother-in-law

Premium Member my sore legs

There once were old legs full of fight,
That creak in the dawn’s early light,
Though knees whisper “stay,”
They march anyway,
With pride in each stumble despite the plight.

Trump Sticks Out Like Sore Thumb

Trump Sticks Out Like Sore Thumb

Trump sure sticks out like a sore thumb;
Not only that he did appear to be dumb;
Was uncoordinated;
By everyone hated;
Even bit tongue when chewing his gum.

Sore fingers are no problem
I can work around them
High ho High Hey!
Ouch! Typing hurts a lot
I can do other things
I give my hand a quick squeeze
No worries I tell her
Until I try to tie my shoes
Double ouch!

My Heart's Still Sore

Your words are like red iron pokers,
Poking my heart ‘til I learn.
Though the argument was yesterday,
My heart still feels the burn.

The blow you give with your words,
Fills my heart with gore.
Though the argument was yesterday,
Today my heart’s still sore.
