Saint Patrick slept in stupor self-imposed
in the back of the pub with the door closed
they sang out for him
to silence the din
but he snuggly snored on indisposed

Of all the things I've ever held
Your hand is quite the sweetest
It fits so snuggly into mine
And tingles there in neatness
As mine tightens so yours does too
And blends our flesh as one

I dreamt that I was punked

But when I awoke

His rangy legs spring to hitch a ride on our shoulder

A teddy bear is soft and snuggly,

The babies are so much fun,
So cuddly and warm,
So snuggly, and wonderful,
So ugly when first born.
The babies are so loved,
So cherished, so alive!
But the newborns, with their cat-cries,
Are so annoying when they cry.
Yes, I will babysit your baby.
And we can play and sing and laugh.
I will give her and him both bottles,
But if it is a newborn, I will pass.
It forms a cocoon
That hugs you.
Its motion rocks gently
As it becomes your pulse
Moving towards you
As it gives you space.
It feels warm against your skin
As your form is welcomed
Fitting snuggly within its embrace.
Its breath energizes and refreshes
As it gives you strength to move on
Knowing it remains ever changing
yet constant in its willingness
to receive you.
Rain hat, raincoat, and snuggly warm in my rubber boots
And heck with umbrella just to stand out in the rain
I'm dashing, splashing, in puddles, but who gives the hoots

Wandering in wonder, a time made for playing,

You know the sweet spot
when you are cocooned in the

Knowing you are there.
Walking a mile is easy
As you guide me through my fears
Leading me, showing how much you care.

Seem short and sweet,
As you are always protecting my feet.
Giving courage, strength and empowerment.
Ah! The joy we share as we
hold hands, as you whisper in my ear.
