Welcome To Old Age

You know the sweet spot
when you are cocooned in the
blanket, sheets are perfect,
wrapped around you so
snuggly, you feel secure.
The pillow cradles you
like the bosom of your
mother, caressing both
sides of your head.
Dreams so sweet, you
breathe softly, the white
noise of the breeze coming
through the window, keeping
you calm and asleep.
Then you have to pee.
Welcome to old age.
