He is the Good Shepherd,
I am the sheep of his pasture.
All my needs are met by him,
So I follow Him- He is my Master.

Shepherd
Yesterday, I learned His name.
Today, I call on Him.
Tomorrow, I pray…
I will be forever in His hand.
Amen
The German Shepherd terrifies me.
More than any animal I see.
So I stay away,
Every single day
In his giant jaws my flesh I see.
Beware of cattle and goats
I keep closed my garden gates
It’s opened sometimes to my wonder
In trace the shepherded in the center
silly silent sheep
merrily munching in march
glittery green grass
slow slugging shepherd
crouches carefully nearby
wistfully wishing
Jesus, Shepherd of my soul,
Make me pure and make me whole,
Let me not once go astray,
From the path of Life today.

Autumn skies shepherd
splashes of blazing gold, red

descending foliage creak
and shudder, respite and waits

A barking dog never bites
yeah, right, just try telling that to the neighbors
German Shepherd!!
There once was a German Shepherd
Who liked to act like a leopard
He went to get a chicken,
But it went a kickin’
And then they both got peppered.
THE GOOD SHEPHERD
The Lord is kind.
He is Divine.
He gives us life
and what we know.
Without the Lord
nothing could grow.
Janet Marie Bingham
you just can't sit there
shepherds say lambs gathering
that hard rock blisters
Listen to poem:
Goliath, a boastful huge giant,
And David, a shepherd and pliant,
So he took a stone,
And crushed his head bone,
Then Israel roared like a lion.
The wolf demands
what the shepherd
can’t protect
A busy hand
helps the angry heart
forget

‘To Mari Sandoz’
violet-backed starlings
know how to
Shepherd
the
sheep clouds
with
their
sprite wings
somehow, somehow
to know thy name
written in these clouds
watch the body count grow
when tiny tots near the t.v.
turn and ask you: "Why?!" ....
check your gun, pet your shepherd,
lock your doors and watch them sleep
Like sheep on a steep rocky slope,
We need to have guidance to cope.
We might fall and slide down
To the sea and all drown.
Heed the Shepherd. He’s our only hope.
Tinkling Bells
Heavy church bells
Inscence curls smells
LIke echos from sea shells
The shepherd gathering his sheep...
some poets stake claims they're right
wrong
all poets write
or not
most poets seek truth
hate must go
I am a shepherd who wanders
seeing the wolf, I know
The milkmaid brings the cow to yield,
To fill the churn from yonder field.
While shepherd sheer their flock of sheep,
To make warm socks to clad our feet.

Tales amongst natives of the plains
Of a shepherd dog's near human brain-
Adventures of two, close as twins
Rusty a lad,with boyish grin
And his Alsation...Rin-Rin-Tin
The Father Shepherd of all I pray he furthers his embrace upon the entire human race Amen!

A gulf between us, but we relate,
You're an official, I'm a shepherd,
But we both have bodies, legs,
But you can get better upon illness,
‘Cos upon Pilate you do wait.
