A Senior moment
By arched trellis
Quaintly kissing
Neath mistletoe
OLD AGE
same chat
off pat
TOOTHLESS
long kiss
to miss
SHORT SIGHTED
large print
or squint
PACING MYSELF
no sap
need nap
some who
thought they were thur
was in class too
with a new task
picking up the pass
they were in that
SENIOR LEARMING CLASS
A sophmore with a senior crush
would softly glow and brightly blush
But got no ring
For class was King
And specified the Royal Flush
Hugh Hefner booked tickets out West
To discover whom God had blessed
One night at dinner
He saw the winner
Miss Apache Medicine Chest
Police arrested old Mrs. Brown
For walking around during Lockdown
She said it was hot
And simply forgot
She was wearing a sexy nightgown
Teenage girls to the age of 18
Are renown as juicy and lean
Then Old Father Time
Commits an hate crime
Making them fat, wrinkled, and mean!
At Seventy-eight it will click
You're got the short end of the stick
If you want some fun
Better get it done
"The End" appears pretty damn quick!
A senior took one pill too many
And woke up incredibly skinny
His wife looked aghast,
"I thought you had passed
And sold your parts for ten guinea!"
Newfangled technology's not for her.
Does it have more than one button?
Yes... she won't want it!

If I must tell the truth about getting old,
Then I shall put all my cards on the table
Even when I’m naked I still want to
Slip into something more comfortable

Trump's Club hired a new girl in September
She was fired on the spot in November
As a matter of fact
She was caught in the act
Of reviving the most senior Member
Used to be nicknamed Senior Har Don
But that was then, now I'm Senior Sad Mon
Comes with time
Lose the shine
Try hard but the glitter has up and gone
I am the senior cashier in a store.
Most of the time my job is just a bore.
My co-workers are great
So the job I can't hate.
The paycheck is all I'm really here for.
I sometimes forget advancing years
Then a reminder blindsides me
Senior discounts, free Tuesdays
Sad eyes in my mirror
Daily aches and pains
Compensations?
Little voice
Love you
Nana
Stepping out in the real world
End of high school drama
Never going back after this
In a race to make all our dreams come true
Off to college we get ready for
Running our own lifes

Nettlesome Neville neglects the northern Navy
not cool since he is in charge of the biscuit gravy
He is good at peeling those Idaho potatoes though
Senior master chef on the U.S. Pocono
Still got a head of luscious grey hair
For a man of my age, it just isn't fair
Most old guys of my age
Shiny domes are the rage
Not this old senior, got more than my share
that beautiful sound
when the first time your child says ~
and I love you too

Yoga positions
pretzel launching pad, painful
crowd wilts from fitness
senior endurance
festiness charges living
folks uncurl, relieved

Grandpa and grandma formed a senior gang.
They dressed to kill with matching shirts that hang.
Logo; Old As Hell Angels.
Three heavenly archangels,
Pit stop had to make, "A Semi," they sang.
summer
sun tan oil
teenage laughs on a beach
the smell of fishy saltwater
sandy beach ball landing on a stomach
child in swimsuit giggling
senior man falls asleep
great sightseeing

There comes a time
When you inherit
Your senior position
In this world
The others who came
Before you have
Passed on now
You are the level head
And the worrier.

senior year's start and Guy's Buick Riviera . . luxury loving
Sept. 2, 2020
Note: Guy is the name of the French Canadian I met and briefly dated, 1972.
It's pronounced as GEE
How is it that I
Can forget the objective
Before I get there?
Writer's Note:
No, I'm not a senior (not even close) so I don't have any excuse for this dilemma!
