next to outhouses
wheels rolling through trees
electric lights break
the pristine dark
camp-fire-crackle ambiance
food microwaved
hot running water, lakeside
even the chipmunks shun
mere bread  
for more sumptuous fare....

                          Blindly

      Not knowing when this river ends
