shorts,white socks
sandals and panama-
winter-white legs

no wind,blue skies
dozing in a deckchair-
my afternoon tea stews

hottest day of summer

Rain
Rain water drifts
The sun escapes to the sea of Panama
Nail of soft infant
Hard aluminum
Pattern of butterfly
Islands floating in Oceania
Crowd of the city
Escape to the ego from the ego
Suddenly I see the sky
Cloud lily stalk sticks into my throat...

National Geographic frame:
pleasure of plum water lilies,
under potent panama sky.
A dugout canoe rows us through.

Premium Member Panama City Beach
As waves of sea water wash over me On the white sand beach of Panama City, I am carried away by the sound of the sea As waves of sea water wash over me I can even ignore the annoying sand flea Nothing makes me so exuberantly happy As waves of sea water wash over me On the white sand beach of Panama City.

Premium Member What a Curtain Bisbee Has
What a curtain Bisbee has
   That keeps Mexico subdued
And influences the lands
From which the Sierra was hewn.

What purple folds keep Oaxaca
As a fortress in the sky
Breaking only in Panama
To let a vessel dredge by.

No courier have I on hand
Except the initial breezes that blow
So a whisper I channel into it:
   Give to Colombia my hello....

brought back through your lineage,

Here sit I, laptop clicking
chickens chiding privilege
wrapped in writing, clock ticking

Eagle
There are a lot of different breeds.

A dog is a very common
four legged-animal
 often kept by people,
used to guard or hunt
but this female is compare
 with Einstein and other genius
mix with doberman
was used in Panama
as founder of Noriega mass graves.

When ferocious barking
 up the wrong tree
is reward by her mon (a woman).
This forensic dog
 is a great holiday spender,
eats lot´s of pizzas
and can replace
men in his job....

Hummingbird Farewell
The feeder's full; the hummingbirds
Have likely flown away
To find a better climate
For their wintering foray.

I've read that they fly solo,
Not like others, in a swarm,
To Mexico or Panama
In search of someplace warm.

I wonder how they fare in flight,
Their frenzied wings a'blur
And what they do if storms or winds
Or hurricanes occur.

I'll take my feeder down and dump
The sugar water out
And hope next summer once again
I'll see them flit about....
