Rise and Shine
Hinge at the waist
Pivot on your gluteus maximus
And put your feet on the floor
Empower your thighs
And raise your center of gravity
Congratulations
You have succeeded
In getting out of bed...

A Warrior
Brave to fight
A symbol of day and night
The true face of light
A glory of might
with the happiness of sight.
A warrior knight
who commands right
victor at all height

Premium Member Move Your Gluteus Maximus
Move your gluteus maximus, friend
Exercise is an important trend
When you get older it may help you bend
On Pilates, you can so depend

Very little money you will have to spend
This advice I readily defend
And it will help your ailments mend
This might also your lifetime extend....

Flamboyant expression
Poetic modernity new.

Seeking no rifacimento
Onomatopoeia
Confusing readers so
Intricate verses make us blue.

Art is everywhere, buddy.
Flourishing all around you.
A stimulus maximus.
80 arrows at your heart
All the time.

Yet you don't  feel it.
It's too much.
You're out there.
Somewhere.
You're somewhere all the time.
While miracles pop off all over the place.
Who cares!
You're trying to keep hold
Of your 5 year old....

His What Froze Off
His WHAT Froze Off?

By Elton Camp

Yesterday Rob was outside blowing snow
The temperature was eleven degrees below

The wind chill made it feel very much worse
The spell of freezing weather he began to curse

Suddenly he heard a thumping sound
What a shock when Rob turned around

It was so weird what he then found
His gluteus maximus on the ground

That was a saying he’d always heard
That it could be real had never occurred...

Sol's the personification of the sun,
a sun-god once worshiped by ancient Romans.
In the Circus Maximus, races were run,
as Sol's temple priests interrupted omens.
Sol’s chariot ignites the east edge of night,
with a ball of fire and beams of brilliant light.
The giver of life, Sol’s a resplendent god,
and yet, though sculpted in marble, he is flawed.
