Instruments
Knife and pen, both should be warned,
Tools of deed and death,
Heart and life, they were scavenged,
By any means, please keep your faith,
Perhaps, you can dream like Creath....

Stealth
Wire taps
Wired traps
Wilderness
Bombs
C4
9mm’s
Nutmegs
Magazines for guns
Sharp Blades
Original Guns
Get ready for battle
Maniacs
The team blows up
Silent but deadly
Throw your muscle!
Scream!
Belt of equipment
Guns of apostrophe.
Stealth for life....

Ecomaniacs tilt at windmills and joust at clouds
    Don Quixotes screaming out loud

  Climate Change! Global Warming! CO2!
as if you think Nature's amenable to you

Don't scream yourself hoarse! God's kept the Universe fit
over centuries and millenia ~ as humanity flutters and flits...

Before Coffee Poem
Birds chirp by jarfuls
in twilight dawn.

The sun could stand correction
in the hesitation of fulfillment.

The planets & stars roll off
the table of sky, plop
in the puddle of lakes serene
as maniacs in straight jackets.

The wind mumbles
it isn’t so. The unbend poplars
don’t care,
and children
aren’t children anymore....

A Notice To Our Customers
Valued clients, we have listened
and have taken on-board
your concerns
regarding the political correctness
of this our store.

Thus we are now a Gun-Free Zone,
and are confident that the notices
on our front doors will dissuade law breakers,
will make us much less vulnerable
from attacks by gun totting maniacs.

Please do bring the kids....

I Swear My Family Is Crazy
I swear my family is crazy,
I seriously think they're insane.
My dad is weird, my mom's berserk,
and my brother is totally lame.

I swear my family is crazy,
They're obnoxious, nosey, and loud.
They dress like maniacs, act like fools,
and always stand out in any crowd.

I swear my family is crazy,
They are a rather peculiar bunch
But they are MY messed up family!
And for that, I love them very much....

"I am too busy today", said she.
No time to email, she stated.
With great drama, sorrowfully.

Planting petunias, washing clothes.
Good Lord~ I have heard excuses like this
By the droves.

The years go swiftly by, we grow older.
Excuses like these, as fascinating as raw
Perunian Pork shoulder!

HOW NEWS AFFECTS A POET'S DAY

         A- Are rarely accurate.
B- But bad new makes us ecstatic?
C- Cut them off with their negative agenda.
D- Do as I say, or in hopelessness lay.
E- Egotistical maniacs, to be held at bay.
F- Fill your life with music and good books.
G- God still runs this world not them.
         H-Happiness is free today....choose!

Dark Moonlight
Watching from pin hole
lamps of baked clay.
Every thorn was in my flesh.

I was losing my voice
in crowd of maniacs.
Dragonflies climbing on worn leather.

Through cracked sunroof –
skull splinters into million heirlooms.
Fever climbs the feudals.

Why were you impatient with me?
I was narrating a shocking tale.
Frogs had acquired the land.

Plot was thickening every day.
Take me if you can, in the heavy shower
of meteorites in dark moonlight.

Squirt
It begins in the neurons of the brain
It ends in the stained wall most often
But pardon him for it just skids excitedly
From nowhere as a gentle serpent
Creeping slowly by the ladies' room
Now despise the grinning thespian
Mock the laughing orator
Curse the chuckling poet
Execrate the smirking vocalist and the painter as well
For they are a bunch of angelic maniacs like the rest of Adam's clan
Who strive to reach the occasional peaks in artistic modes
Now it's wet!...

Rubik Cubists and Other Maniacs
RUBIK CUBISTS AND OTHER MANIACS

Those cube zombies wreck my head.
Damn that Hungarian genius
And his puzzle so ingenious;
I can never get a single side all red.

And the sudoka zealots so persist:
They try 45 then change to seven -
If it succeeds: they’re in heaven.
Their numbers form some magic list.

I see them on the train, and snort:
How can they become so engrossed?
As if it mattered in the world the most.
. . . . To my crossword I resort....
