Excuse-O-Maniacs

"I am too busy today", said she.
No time to email, she stated.
With great drama, sorrowfully.

Planting petunias, washing clothes.
Good Lord~ I have heard excuses like this 
By the droves.

The years go swiftly by, we grow older.
Excuses like these, as fascinating as raw 
Perunian Pork shoulder!

It's the worst rudeness. Soup mail is answered here. Which I greatly appreciate. Only know one who never responds to email. But that's not bad compared to those who do.
