Giovanni Antonio Canal
of the famed waterway mall
Canaletto,Venice born&bred
panoramas thereof enhanced his 'street cred'
A fly on Oprah's wall.
I think I'll build an Oprah mall.
All of this money
And still no honey.
I'm bored, I think I'll buy Senegal.
At the shopping mall
There are bright colours everywhere
Santa's seat in view
Ready for the long line up
For sitting on Santa's lap
"Make way," they say
"Make way!"
"We're paving this lay for a new
Shopping mall,"
"The green grass no longer grows here
So make way!"
A lady who shops at the mall
Bought a bra a wee bit too small
Because she has more
Her cups runneth o'er
The Pride goeth before a fall
The Presidents Day urge to shop
Get to stores like on a bar hop
I'd visit them all
And splurge at the mall
But Amazon's my preferred stop
A t-shirt you'd buy at the mall
An acrostic on it would scrawl
With re-cycle first
Re-use was then versed
Two lines more caused a small recall
The wife plans a spree to buy all
With husband on board at the mall
But as this takes place
He just looks for a space
To sit on a bench in the hall
Four young men and quite large
Are cruising the mall like a barge.
But I, diddle, diddle,
Fit as a fiddle,
Aim my cane at the middle and charge!
the only place one size fits all ~ is the main aisle of the shopping mall
well proportioned heavy or small ~ no pain in the neck if nine feet tall
A guy went shopping at the mall
And got stuck in a bathroom stall
He tried to slide low
Head caught on his toe
Forcing him to do a slip slide crawl
Summer, spring, winter, or fall
All you have to do is lie and sprawl
I'll be there
Not a care
Probably I might even maul at the mall
Eddie went to the mall full of *****
He was always real proud of his junk
While taking a leak
Decided to streak
Suzie yelled, “Mommy, he has a trunk”
Where eagles fly high
And bison and deer run free,
The land of the brave.
Where the planes fly high
And highway and mall hold sway,
The land of the grave.
Each Wall In Mall
We found that each wall,
Existing in shopping mall
Was about to fall.
Seems like my poems vary
between haiku and limericks.

52624 Gratitude
The mall, this desk, this
Pen, my hands work, my handiwork
Priests, vampires, blue paint
Salt, garlic,
parsley, sage,
rosemary
&
time.
There once was a silly old bear,
Who could find nothing to wear;
He went to the mall,
Found nothing at all,
And so the poor bear goes bare!
After parking I busted my ass
Cut my elbows and knees on some glass
What was my first thought?
“Quick! Scan the whole lot
To make sure no one saw you, JACKASS”
When that jolly red man with a sack
brings your wishes to you off the rack,
no late Christmas night
for first frosty light,
warm the car up and take it all back.
You assume I am happy
at the mall, at the beauty parlor,
at the cocktail afternoons with the girls.
Look in your wallet.
The plastic cards
don't say, "I Love You!"
He’s a citizen who has
a problem with people
walking toward him
walking behind him
walking next to him
not so much when
he has protection

I have seen them all and embarked on none,
I've waded at the mall and skated in the mud,
there is some beast that I may call-
he will answer when I can be understood.
"Run and play tag", they said.
"Go fetch the ball", they said.
"Go and get groomed, he said"
"Run with me to the mall", she said.
one day I said "no"
and then I was dead
Shops all packed together.
Hot shops,
Dorky shops,
Shoe shops,
Clothes shops,
And whatnot shops.
Whatever it happens to be
Me and my friends,
Always find something to do!

When the Cat met the Mouse at the mall,
They got along fine and all…
Until Cat saw Mouse’s house!
And she spat at the Mouse,
Hissing, “It’s no more than a hole in the wall!!”
