Lucy McVey was the most exasperating woman from M.U.
Anyone with a lick of common sense would have run away from that woman.
So of course she was the one every guy tried to entice.

Premium Member Lucy Horse Shoe Frog Dance

There is jazzy twirling activity down at the Beggar’s bog
Dancing and whirling by the lucky horse shoe frog
We see it happening, and we think St. Paddy’s Day
Frog does a Celtic Irish clog dance that blows us away.

Lucy, my rescued red ear slider terrapin,
just having a swim in her aquarium,
right above a life size human skeleton,
lying on the bottom,
which she occasionally will chew on.

Why don't I get many visitors?,..
.. I can't begin to imagine.

Limerick: Once Lucy met Heidelberg Man

   for Nelson Mandela

Once Lucy met Heidelberg Man
Then Neanderthal and Peking Man
Tortoise said to the Turtle:
“Where’s your doggone girdle!”
“What a disgrace to my race,” said Bushman!

Lucy

Call her Lucy
O'! For She once was all
Heavenly kingdom strung
On her Mandolin song

Call her Lucy
O'! For she had it all
Had she not fallen
Rising end-time eyes forlorn

O'! My poor Lucy
Fearing the last judges
Hammer,gavel,fire......
Earthly kingdoms now torn

I Love Lucy

Lucy and Ricky had a television show
She was hilarious with Ethel and Fred
Her vita vita vegimen and chocolate delight
Made everyone laugh all night

Ricky was a cabana singer
Who played bongos on the Lucy show
He could never figure out what Lucy was up to
Until the end of the I Love Lucy show

Lucille Ball
Made us laugh, playing hardball
With dingbat displays
And clever, nonsensical ways!

Desi Arnaz
Caused mayhem with pizzazz
Zaniness we loved to view
As he broadened the hullabaloo!

Wife Lucy Gave Me the Dickens For Being Late

Wife Lucy gave me the dickens for being late
How could I say I had an appointment with Kate
                                    Kate was creamy saucy
                                     How could I be bossy?
Yes I admit those things could be briefer -ill fate

I find the red light
On a corner of a field of stone.
Lucy something – was she just thirteen?
Or maybe that century was a carved eighteen?
I ponder what she lived in stories I will never know.
Dropped by the hands of ghosts and demons,
Choking on Forever’s bread crumbs
Into always another tomorrow.

Longing for you

The moon is shining brighter tonight,
But it cannot light up my heart.
I’m sinking into the deepest ocean,
Where there seems to be no end.
I’m trapped in a loop,
With no way out.
Hold me tight,
Because I don’t want to lose again.
The tree of peace within me has withered,
Since your presence is gone.
