Soft as a cloud you came into my life,
fresh as a dew on a cool morning.

Sweet as a rose, free like a dove -
my little angel child.

She was my little angel.
I prayed she would never grow up.
The world would disappoint her.

Fly Away My Little Angel

Little angel,
you have got your wings to fly,
fly far away beyond the sky,
where your spirit may soar high,
into the light beyond human bondage.

Poetic Angel

Little angel smiles
Holds the world in tiny hands
Sings new golden songs
Sent especially by Him
To make world a better place

The little girl’s soul

Unfolded her ethereal wings

And

Through the morning mist

Soared to heavens

Thus

Making them richer

By

One angel!

My sweet little angel, playing outside in the mud
But wait it hasn't rained... how can there be... oh crud.

A little angel said to me,
"just believe, just have faith and the answers
you seek will come."
And indeed I just believed, I just had faith and the answers
did come, just like my little angel said to me.

A little angel is born to us, a cute dainty darling. Our first grandchild, the fruition of our dreams of a lifetime. Sent down from heaven, a blessing we will ever cherish!

I love when
time stops
for a moment
of bliss
with a kiss
and
a whisper
my little angel
reminds me
what matters

Sleep well my little angel
May all your dreams be sweet
I love you much bright buttercup
That last line I repeat
I love you much bright buttercup
I really, really do
No matter what may happen
That always will be true

Little angel came to me just before the dawn
A screech she did exhale followed by a yawn:
Charismatic, joyful happy soul shared her life with me
Every single day, month that has gone by:
Years she shines sunlight in my eye

Little Angel

She lays in her bed of roses,
Curled up and borrowed deep,
This little angel a gift from God,
Humble and so meek,
Her innocence inviting,
So delicate and frail,
I watch as she goes off into the ocean,
Dreaming of her sail.

My Daughter Victoria

Your blond hair shine on the sun
Your beautiful brown eyes
Sparkle so clear
Your smart as the smartest man
Your silly and momma drama queen too
Your mommies angel so beautiful and so sweet
Mommy is glad to call you her little angel

My Little Angel

A great love between a mother and child.
My little angel from heaven above.
Blond curly hair.
Beautiful grayish blue eyes.
Smile that touches my heart.
Laugh makes me love you more.
You make everything better.
You show me real love.

For Genevieve, My Grandbaby

My precious Grandbaby
I was there on your birthday
Eyes so deep blue
Who would have knew
You're so sweet and innocent
Because you were Heaven sent
My tiny little angel
You make my heart full
No matter what should ensue
Know I'm always here for you

Melody Lady

My little angel
Every waking hour
Love is in your heart
Only you can make your dreams come true.
Do not be scared because
You are protected by the Lord.

Lovely as the morning
And brilliant as the sun
Don't forget that
You are my sun and I am your moon.

Listen to poem:
innocence snuffed
on a whim
a thing of beauty
smothered wilted

the little angel
become a target
for bullies

in a world devoid
of compassion
of kindness
of empathy of hugs
of bedtime stories

in a cold world
the cycle of apathy
perpetuated

Premium Member Angels Falling Out of the Trees

Out of maple trees comes the samara. Like a little angel, the seed takes wing. On summer days in North America, carried by the wind is this little thing. Ever so gently, it is gyrating. I watch each achene spiral to the ground. In great numbers these wonders can be found.

Nakba

Blindness of the mind fertile ground for hate to expand when societies become blind no doubt atrocities will follow if a little Angel shall rise and speak up the devils will be ferocious shouts of "she is the evil witch" a child who harmed no one and the genocide marches on.
