Flowing Downward

Run by gravity,
Jumping, climbing over rocks,
Releasing small sounds.
Although unaware,
I was held and realized
the joy of the ground.
Spinning world, we won't falter
here, in more than a theory.
You cannot cradle a star’s gravity
Without becoming the star—
And a black hole does not carry a ship—
It becomes its singularly.

Space stations spin to create gravity
Spin to create stillness
I too have to be moving ever so quickly
To feel a semblance
Of stability
Not to be iconoclastic,
Nor politically bombastic,
But the elephant's weapon is gravity,
While the Trumpublican's seems depravity.
Warm endless kisses
hands and toe's wiggle and touch
gravity holds us
my thoughts orbit
the very essence
of her mystery
pulled in by her gravity
like poetry in motion
