Moments is just a phase,
Devastation will not always be faced,
Joy is everywhere in place,

The television,

I'm afraid to watch,

with threat of life and limb; trees
swivel, sway, dancing, falling

causes death and devastation
plus ignorance negationist
inhumanity activist
absurd vile criminal action
In the bar room’s bliss,
`Tis great aggravation,
For many fists I've kissed,
With my face of devastation.
