Turtles are interesting creatures. The winter hibernation is a part of many creatures. Intersting are the ways of nature. Enjoyed your beautifully rhyming poem, dear Hilda.

Some kids found a turtle in summer and it was kept for a pet. It subsequently disappeared. The next year it was found hidden in dirt that the dogs were trying to uncover. We set it free in a pond.

I love turtles, so loved that you mentioned that, and the rhymes here is so very creative and well written! I love the opening the most in this and depth of what youv conveyed! When its cold and raining i tend to hibernate too! Pleasure reading this! Sending you light always
