Oooh. 'Devastation rising' hit me right in the gut. Poor City of New Orleans. They've had more than their fair share of this in the 21st century! :) gw

So a lady in Arabi, who lost her roof in 2021, loses her new roof, and FEMA says, "No worries! We can build another roof in your disaster zone!" hence no end to devastation! Aloha!
