in winter...continuity
....on a blank wall

locations,interiors
indelibly drawn on memory

dirt grime,decomposition
mirrors of neglect

nothing ..no one rules
anarchy avails

reputations burn..
with no place to go...

The Bull
The bull who pulls the cart each day
Weary tired bones decay
Worked to death in the beating sun
decomposition  has begun

 a shell; an empty beaten shell
walking empty with his cart
forever dragging its load behind
societies brilliant work of art...

THE DEMISE OF THE DEPARTED

It matters not what lies below
It's only a body in decomposition
The marker a resting place for a crow
The body below awaits a transition
One day that body will be resurrected
Let's pray their eternity is what they expected

Premium Member Tick Tock - Itty Bitty
crepitus announces itself annoyed
at my impudence as I climb the stairs
it speaks the language of stop, I don't

flatulence trumpets my presence
luckily no one is hear to breathe deep
another dead language of age

the sounds of decomposition make me smile
for even they can fill a blank page...

When Tied To the Bed
Perhaps we should not have talked in the heat of the moment,
Not while it was dark and the moon was rising.
Perhaps it was like that car left by the side of the road;
With its windows rolled up and the steam not from love but decomposition.
Some things are best left unsaid;
Especially in the dead of night when you’re tied to the bed....

Xeni Lotus
Memories, corpses, decomposition

Making love to Earth's arsenal genitals

A colorless tapestry, a scar unyielded

Well I only wished to eat a bowl

Of insomnia yet, in the youth of

Every midnight lotus; we eat each others

Emotions; drink each other's thoughts

A banner of wordplay, a stream of cement

Transmit mystic oracles

Death Is Not the End
Laying here in the stench of decomposition
Your putrid body is so very still against my own.
I watched your chest heave a last heaving breath,
And then settled in against the painted wall to wait.
Finally it came with a change in the direction of the air,
And I knew it was a concept that had become finalized.
No tears need to be shed over your dead body,
I loved it alive enough to last through eternity....

Betrayal
It feels like an interruption of the most intense conversation your lips have ever touched
It looks like a corpse on a cold slab with a toe tag that reads trust
It tastes like vomit after a long night of poisoning yourself to forget
It smells like the set ablaze burning of your own personal safety net
It looks like the decomposition of a relationship altogether
Something you were swayed to believe would last forever...

Lampooning as an Angel of Mercy,
You'll find me near the bottom of the apple sauce jar.
This is not a sad tale, this is simple decomposition.
I am aware of the Jesus in me.
And you are too to some degree.

To some degree.
Come to think of it, you might also find me rimming
Right off a jar of kimchee.
Huh, what then would you think of me?

So hush up counting all things terrible.
Come grab this deliverable.
So free and so shareable....

Premium Member The Bliss of Daylight
A smile of vitamin D will bleed,
surrender now trade it for the night;
The warmth of the colors at twilight,
let your lecherous desires feed;

Moonlight will capture your soul
let go of decomposition for immortality;
Through a hunter’s eyes you will see
covered in stardust you become whole;

From the moment you receive the kiss
young fangs become your epicenter;
In the frenzy of your birth as a vampire
you won’t remember daylight’s bliss....

O - Omen
Overwhelmed
Becoming obsessive as I observe the opposition of our oasis
Obliged, an overcast of oppression opts the decomposition of the orb we occupy
Outgrown and over-encumbered in this ordeal
Obey the odds
An oath to overt the oncoming outbreak of death on our omnificent organism
We are offspring of organic obscurities and cannot operate as orphans
We must object those who oppose and obliterate our bountiful orchards
An ode to the origin of our oval orbit...

In the Sun the Moon the Stars
I do not trust my form,
to act as an adequate vehicle to carry my Love for You.
It aches with decadence and decomposition.

Skins cells flake in exhaustion,
Hair follicles abort out of fatigue
Finger nails and toes nails crack , peel and tear.

Bones creak in warning,
Muscles retreat in lethargy
Skin hangs, falls and sags.

So I place my Love in the sun,
the moon,
the stars,
the grass,
the leaves.

So that I may continue to adore you in everything,
with everything....

Premium Member A Risky Proposition
It was a risky proposition.
yet they held no inhibition.
Then formed a coalition.
obtained the disposition.
And it became a mission.
to make the acquisition
Ancient gold exhibition.
Had the right condition.
with all inside position.
Ran Into opposition.
Hadn't figured on sedition.
Stan the finger in suspicion
put through the iquisition.
Couldn't explain his transition.
One slug the ammunition
He's a ghostly apparition.
In moldy decomposition.
It was a risky proposition....
