A Closed Door

A door unopened
the knock
makes almost
no sound
so subliminal
is
the flimsy veil
of steel
that guards the answer.

Graceful Descent

Palm holds “Old Man's” face,
eyes are closed resigned to fate.
His FIRST fall is LAST!

End of lunar month
many stars are whispering
In a summer night
feel so closed you want a touch

He closed his eyes
And died in pain;
But like the sun,
He rose again.

Climbing the gate fast
The big sign posted says 'Closed';
Beautiful water
summoning my rebellion,
with one leap I'm in the pool

Pronounce me lightened,
ethereal wind in wings~
Blow my feathers thus
with slippery zippers closed
to lift me above the sky

the man had little appeal.

Linger

Waiting for him feels like standing in a long queue.
In the end, when it’s finally my turn,
his counter is closed for the day.

Last Words

autumnsun the soft light close
bloom-in-falling yellow choice
damp the day each circle closed
fade the sky as eyes smile tight

Bird Vision

Bird's don't see bars, cages, the stringed net, the closed window. Birds see the only the sky. Be that blind.

Snowflakes

Snow falls, curtains closed
Life changed and the biting
Wind howls and freezes the
tears that blow away with the
snowflakes.

On Bended Knees

On bended knees I felt the horrors
Of death as it gushed out blood on me
Behind closed eyes,
On perky breast of a female death.
