In the circle of life,
Everything is contained,
But true to life,
Find your freedom within,
For within, you find you.
The circle of life
Birth, growth, death
Return to the earth

It shouldn’t be alleged
We grew and traveled each step
But at the end, death itself will come
Amid these circle of life

The petal falls,
decays,
nutrition for
the next day's flower.
The circle of life
continues,
the same fate
lies in wait.
Leaves once gleaming green
Lay brown and rotting in dust
Circle of life whirls

If
her cat
gets eaten
by an angry pitbull
singing the circle of life
into her ear will not
improve her
mood
.
Grumbling, the leaf falls,
Upon the carpeted grounds.
Warm orange and red--
Enriching earths, feeding roots.
Winter's a mushy affair.

Leaves dancing upon the winds;
Celebrating their own deaths;
Their circle of life completes;
They’ve done their duty.
love falls like water
our time on earth a whirlpool -
the circle of life

swans swim silently
gliding on pellucid pond
sun peeks through grey clouds
mute swans paired for life
seven cygnets swim close by ~
the circle of life
I just want you to know
That I'm pathetic, Joe
All my love is strife
I'm like the friggin' circle of life
And baby, I'm sorry
But no matter what I do
I just keep coming back to you

Circle of Life
I see them running around
In their little circles
Blank pale-white faces
Hopelessly searching for places
Again and again
With no traces
Just a circle
Waiting for a miracle.
It starts so innocently this circle of life
Life with good times and times of strife
A new beginning
Screaming and kicking
Then the age-old question “is there an afterlife?”
I whispered my dreams
into the heavenly realm
Embracing the circle of life
You became my shining star
***the reason I live for
You make me strong
when I am weak
Making my life complete.

Condescending heights banish fast
mirrored nature, underestimates
pure beauty exposed by its past
still clarity anticipates,
awaiting the circle of life-
subsiding essence, cut with a knife.
The family is the strongest link in the circle of life.

The Circle of Life
aging, an odd space
aging can be a struggle
see it as your chance to grow
or choose to see it
as loss, and illness, and strife
best lived in grateful dignity

Think fast....react slowly....love hard....trust no one....speak out....but not loudly...smile on the outside...cry all day on the inside....be nice...but fight against everyone to be number one.....stay true...lie to save your life......

squirrel
busily
buries acorns
keenly observed by shrewd ravenous rook.
rook swoops in, pillaging hidden treasures,
jewels shattered
on roof tops;
oak tree
groans.

Love cannot be destroyed
She comes in all shapes and sizes
She comes in smiles and in tears
You can hurt her, maim her, gouge her
But you cannot destroy her
Her memory is forever
And she precedes you into death,
and back into a new circle of life
Love
Life's journey is the climbing of stairs to heaven door
entering returns peace, joy, and harmony to your spirit
as the journey of life ends, you have another to explore
As with the circle of life you start the climb full in spirit
My perception of heaven
Hi is to number
Number is to date
Date is to kiss
Kiss is to love
Love is to sex
Sex is marriage
Marriage is to divorce
Divorce is to lonely
Lonely is to another hi
And the process repeat......exceptions may occur

Ground Desert Tree
I ground myself and am closer to my Earth Mother. I imagine that I'm a tree. Grounded to the earth. Becoming my earth. Connected to a tree. Even if I was in the desert where nothing grows. I'm a tree. Linked to Mother Nature. Part of the endless circle of life.
