When the moon obscures the sun
close your eyes and don't look up
Let your circadian rhythm speak
to your heart, and do not fear
for the sun will reappear, soon.

Wind,
look how
wild it blows
across the waves;
Ancient melody;
A song of catharsis,
whitecaps wash the pain away;
The innate noise bestowed on you
it cancels out the internal drum;
Ocean breezy circadian rhythms....

Premium Member Lessons In the Circadian Rhythms of Life
lessons in circadian rhythms of life…

here
all
alone
in the crowd
of my thoughts

my mind
weaves through
the present wave of time

shaping fragile realities
from the bitter sweep cup
of life’s circadian experiences

all of which
whose lessons
are yet to be discerned....

Going
Beyond the measure and mead
of circadian rhythm and habitual rhyme
beyond the frequencies and amplitudes
of perambulating waves and recalcitrant lines
Beyond the clamor and din of nutmeg and time
cleavers and butchers and earthmen who climb
Atop the weathered brow of
life's grand conflagration
an old man disembarked at the final destination...

A Sleeping Giant
Eyelids heavy with sleep
I suffer in silence so deep
Mentally ill, be quiet and still
Depressed and anxious at will

The circadian rhythm disrupted
My health surely corrupted
The economy they blame
Illness and politics the same

Take-over bids abound
Power struggles all around
Capturing bodies and souls
The voters barely know their roles...

HOPE WEATHERING THE TRYING TIMES

In the winter solstice
Of struggle,
Nets of justice and equality
Lay rotting in the inclement trying times;
Yet hope prevails.
Out of the circadian celestial revolution
Of nature’s chiming seasons,
The healing Sun will rise
To resurrect the fallen leaves of change
And melt away
The freezing snows of injustice....

"The Necessary Mission"

The heart has pages
that unfurl daily
out from under
blankets of
circadian rhythm
like petals stretch
and turn over
again and again
the reach rich
forever eternal
turns inwards
embyronic
nightshade returns
the necessary mission
when Morning arrives
the heart has pages

Refrain
The cycle they speak of
simmering regeneration
folded back upon itself
spinning graceful
behaving oddly like
repetitious Nature blindfolded
Yet transported to the present
in the past
treading mercy
Through the wheel like another
carriage return
mindful of Circadian limits
peering in a moment of
extrinsic reclassification
but all the while
sitting on the edge
of Home...

Premium Member A Change Is Going To Come
Like the dawning sun
Our liberty is coming soon
The light of the full moon
Reflecting the journey

In circadian rhythm
The seasons come and go
As the laws of nature
Give each a time to be free

Like the seasons
We are children of the sun
And the laws of nature
Supersede the laws of man

As with the seasons
A change is going to come
And the winter of inequality
Will fade into the spring of liberty...

Circadian Migration.....
Well versed are traversed
.....the fully immersed,
versatile thru the turnstiles
left behind are footprints
that go on for miles....

Magnetic is the wheel
that you constantly feel
circadian is the rhythm
....souls migratory zeal,
compasses direction
.......in chaotic spin,
intoxication is the motion
unknowing whereupon to begin....

The flow of the energy,
eventually pulls....
unified synergy,
lifting heads above in lull.........

the weary sun slowly retired
to the waiting horizon
completing his daily chores
and his tomorrow assured

the night gracefully watched
the fingernail moon peaking out
and clouds teased
as her circadian struggle
to fulfillment began

the carnival of night creatures
celebrated their liberation
and the flora welcomed cooling dew
as ebony aromas filled the air:

capturing the nocturnal scene
we surrendered
savoring sweet sable dreams...

Your colour, Green
You are a Belter
Sunny side up
A helter-skelter
Of emotions

My soul recharged
From brighter skies
Bubble of joy
From the prickly lies
Of the world

Our hearts and minds
You fondly nourish
Circadian reset
Love with a flourish
Of colour

Intense in tents
Intent on intimate
Introspection
Delivering deliberate
Conversation

Above all
A high beauty yield
Back home to a
Beloved Boughton field
In August...

Love Castle
Imagine, you and me, in a courtyard of aged stone
where the ivy crawls in twisted ways
can we remain, yet in contact
no thought makes me happier.
Covering the brick, is green hair, a marble carving
candles glowing bright, lights up the entire courtyard
your fingers softly and gently clasping mine
we could be touching then.
Since meeting you, I'm lost in the circadian rhythm of you
chattering to one another about simple things
I hold that memory in my mind....

Patience
PATIENCE

There she stands alone
All seasons she’s been there.

The rain doused her beauty
The sun pulped her caput
Harmattan shroud her wit
And circadian ambiance
Robbed her Regard.

Her espoused lovers all gone
To the harlot Desperation.
Only silence heaved in her heart
A burden like Aso rock.

Yet she strive
On and on for fulfillment….
And one day all her lovers
Shall be awed at her triumph.

But then she cannot wait on
As much the length of six feet!
