Insomniac Prison

Out of step was I in my insomniac prison, finally breaking out to recapture some of my circadian rhythm.

Loved this one, after years of working strange hours, my body clock is totally out of sync.you'll have to tell me how you broke out. Tom

Unfortunately I have to take Benadryl allergy pills at night to help me which I hate doing…those little pink pills help keep my allergies in check and help me sleep. Sometimes I take Melatonin and Valerian Root too…Hope you can get your circadian inner body clock rhythm back Tom…being an insomniac stinks! Thanks for very kind comment and visit!~Che :)
