Out of step was I in my insomniac prison, finally breaking out to recapture some of my circadian rhythm. 2-14-18

Unfortunately I have to take Benadryl allergy pills at night to help me which I hate doing…those little pink pills help keep my allergies in check and help me sleep. Sometimes I take Melatonin and Valerian Root too…Hope you can get your circadian inner body clock rhythm back Tom…being an insomniac stinks! Thanks for very kind comment and visit!~Che :)
