Circadian Rhythms

Wind,
look how
wild it blows
across the waves;
Ancient melody;
A song of catharsis,
whitecaps wash the pain away;
The innate noise bestowed on you
it cancels out the internal drum;
Ocean breezy circadian rhythms.
