Beautiful snowfall

Lights in all the homes

Tall dark green tree in the street

Ice rank for the kid in us

Smorgasbord of De-Light
Lights on the roof, in every tree.
Candy canes line the walk, come see,
old garnishments, many a kind;
can't leave any blow-up behind.

My all-time favorite books include Christmas in some way
Santa Claus, Jesus, North Pole and candy canes dancing away
Frosty and Jack Frost are on the fringe of my utmost fave.
Christmas messages, stories and songs are what I crave....

Premium Member Pretty Santa Hides Out
Pretty Santa hid out with the candy among the candy canes.
He liked being gorgeous and being the one with the brains.
His elves were looking for him, but he stood perfectly still.
They ran right past him, yelling “Have you seen him Bill?”...

Never had a Christmas tree
  or some mistletoe
No wreath of holly on my door
just a mezuzah there, you know

No stockings stuffed with candy canes
  or Christmas decorations
Never sang a hymn to Jesus
  Torah's my inspiration

Yet just as Christians can appreciate
  the flames of Chanukah lights
So too can a Jew like me
  sense magic Christmas night...

Dreamz
How i want to be as tall as a tree
or slower than a mower.
I dream of happy days and candy canes,
or something slightly cooler.
NO school, don't drool!
It's time to say hey!
Get out of the van and get a tan.
In the summer sun, tons of fun!
On opposite sides, Oh don't cry!
On summer's team, we'll cream those beans!
As i dream of happy days and candy canes!...

Precious Gift
Little hands and little feet.
A precious gift for us to keep.

Close your eyes and dream sweet dreams;
of candy canes and choo choo trains.

Little Angel, spread your wings and fly.
Mother will sing you a lullaby.

Like a thief in the night; you stole my heart.
A prisoner of love, Till death due we part.

Little hands and little feet.
A precious gift for us to keep....

Winter
The air is cold and dark as the night,
The world outside is covered in white.
Gathered inside with mugs of hot tea,
Admiring the beautiful christmas tree.
Snowflakes swirl in a gracious dance,
Deer in a forest leap and prance.
Sucking on minty candy canes,
Snowballs crashing against window panes,
Happily singing a Christmas tune,
Ornaments shining in the light of the moon....

Gingerbread
Gingerbread house
Ice cream cone tree
1 piece of candy for the house
2 pieces for me

The air is full
With the smell of molasses
I need to lie down
As my blood sugar crashes

Cookies, Candy canes
And a Hershey's kiss
Belief in Santa, youthful metabolism
These are things that we really miss

December is great
My favorite you bet
The next 11 months
Trying to get out of debt...

Premium Member Prettiest Gingerbread House
Gingerbread houses have been pretty of course
But this one is amazing, the best I have seen.
The red and white peppermint are lovely as Norse
The striped candy canes are incredibly clean.

I want to bite in, or at least tear off a chunk.
But I dare not do it, for it is perfect as is.
Uh-oh. Did something fall off the back with a thunk?
I may have to take a taste to see if is as tasty as fizz....
