"Love weaves a mysterious magic spell"

Lady Dragonfly

Masculine and prickly, the proprietor of a gambling house,
Wispy wings finesse her dress, its translucence will arouse
A Dita von T. vedette, an alluring erotic oozing femme fatal
A Seductiveness, her love weaves a mysterious magic spell
whose charms ensnare her lovers, like a fierce dragoness
She is the narcotic opium in the pipe, a smoking goddess
Lady dragonfly the name becomes the vicious villain vamp
Cold-spirited and flighty with an icy sting clammy and damp
Constituting a roll as ‘madam’ sexually domineering and violent
Puffs of wistful thoughts, tricked times these the turbulent
Swarming like flies, men condemn her racy domineering image
Confined, she justifies the life of promiscuous privilege

When I look at the night sky
I find worlds of mystery
and a feeling of great pleasure
where incantations flow in my soul
from the blissful sorcery of imagination
pouring in my head
as the universe becomes a singular focus
of perpetual thought
drifting like tendrils of seductiveness
across the vast black sky
filled with galaxies throughout eternity

where dreamers can dream
and wishes are preludes
to the creative thoughts
etched in the mind
by the wondrous eyes of the artist
who stands in contemplation
like a star in a universe of stars...enchanted

A Tender Place

You find out your wife is sleeping
around.
A time when your world turns upside
down.

Nothing makes sense
anymore.
Her leaving cut me too the
core.

Facts start blending with
fiction.
Your thought is a cloud of
suspicion.

Every truth turns into a
lie.
I see betrayal in my minds
eye.

Reality melts into an
illusion.
My world is dark and cold
seclusion.

Everything dissolves into
nothingness.
Her smile and a dose of
seductiveness.

A permanent cut from a tender
place.
Wipes the smile right from your
face.

Premium Member A Rose From Heaven's Garden

A rose just picked from heaven's garden;
a gift that keeps on giving, that's you.
Passions that you invoke within me, ardent.
This i know deep in my heart to be true...

  you shall remain my lovely, celestial flower;
thriving on my dear, far longer than spring.
   You reduce me to rubble with your power;
your seductiveness, quite a wondrous thing!

O, crimson rose, how colorfully you bloom!
Beauty personified; a sight for my sore eyes.
   Glorious! You illuminate faces full of gloom;
swaying to and fro as a gentle zephyr sighs

Smelling so fresh, your sweet fragrance.
As I breathe you in with joy and gladness,
my dancing heart glows with such radiance
Bloom on, bloom forever with your cheerfulness

Harvest Moon

The skies are blessed
with a spectacular magical
Harvest Moon as it sits low
on the horizon
It's bright ambient orange
glow at its zenith shining
bigger and brighter
Chords of moonlight shimmer
as it stretches out to caress the
waters surface
Years ago its brilliant illumination
 would announce summers end
while shedding light so farmers
could garner their crops
Still today leaves all
beguiled by its powerful mystic full
celestial beauty inspiring many to
attempt to do justice to
it's amazing seductiveness

Premium Member This Is No Song

Isn't boredom is its own birth of freedom
In this antebellum age
I have fashions of a vision
That I could put to page

I need to rage against
This dying of the dream
To etch on ancient canyon walls
And sound my barbaric scream

The seductiveness of my antimuse
Slithers through my brain
As she intones, saturated
Yours is a pedestrian pain

This is no song
My angel of inert imagination tells me
What if she's not wrong
Why else should she whisper it so loudly

The Truth About Nightlights

As children we FEAR darkness…we’re not able to fully comprehend why but somehow we know the misery that it brings…there comes a point in time however when we become more and more comfortable with darkness…we FEEL we are able to “understand” it….from that point it then becomes a likely companion…steering us away from everything that is the LIGHT…we are all able to identify with PAIN and anguish in one way or another….of course there is no wrongdoing in this…it is when we immerse ourselves in pure unbalanced EVIL…that does a grave injustice to our own SELF…the BRAIN becomes clouded with thoughts of ANGER and misfortune…the SPIRIT begins to deteriorate from the toxins of iniquity…it is imperative that we treat the tri-fecta (MIND,BODY, SOUL) with much better care…let us not be bamboozled by the seductiveness of the shadows…YOU are a gift and the present is always a chance…take CONTROL of the chance…liberate yourself from your own demons…fall not at the knees of being tragically dispositioned…instead embrace inner BALANCE….+- +- +- +-

Umbrella of Pink

As I study the hue of the horizon
I fell in love with color.
I am inside my own head
Taking in the solitude for what seemed an eternity.
Like a fairytale , the color pink had painted itself across the sky.
I was motionless, incapable of making a sound or movement
Mesmorized by the magnificent canvas I was studying.
I wish I was strong enough to turn away.
I was weak with seductiveness
I was hovering above the earth
Floating in pink
Cloaked in comfort.

Nothing

This world is a bewitching illusion
The spring, the fragrant flowers, the chirping birds
The waterfalls, the sky, the valleys, the clouds
Are nothing real but delusion.

The gigantic snow clad mountains and fathomless seas
Are what is called optical illusion
Our eyes are so designed to see things in nothingness

The moon, the sun, the stars we see are nothing
Beauty, colors, lights and shade are nothing
Peacocks, swans, cypress trees and nightingale are nothing

The feats of our fabulous inventions are all fake
The skyscrapers, trains, cars, airplanes and ships are nothing
The super Markets filled with luxury goods are of no avail
The motorways, the subways, airports and runways are nothing

Dreams, wishes, desires, ambitions, hopes and aspirations
Success, achievements, satisfaction and fulfillment
Are only heartwarming assertions

Youth, beauty, seductiveness and glamour are nothing
The love binding you and me together is a mirage
Kindness, sympathy and benevolence are nothing

Why do we have unending lust for this world?
Beauty, elegance and allurement of this world is nothing
