Honesty isn't always the best policy

Honesty is not always the best policy...during a romantic dinner..candle-lights, red wine., soft music..we decided to share...you know ..heart to heart .." So Paul ..just how many woman have you been intimate with...tell me 'she asked...I looked at her quizzically...my dear ...lol...You said intimately? do you mean ..Asian, black, white, coolie or do you mean 25 to 40 year olds..or are you talking about before i met you or after i met you...the next 10 secs was a blur...the doc says the wine bottle will most definitely leave a scar.......( oh ..this a joke...just in case)????

A Mixture of Honey Tongue and Poison

I know evil as an habit
Not from devil
But from the people
As a nature & culture.
People like flowers without scent
Sight without beauty.

It’s just a mixture of opening the teeth & tingling the nose
It lasts 3 secs.
A mixture of bliss & hardship,
A mixture of poison & good honey tongue,
If a good comes from them
Fear a recurring evil.

Reading Inspired a Door Prayer - 30 Seconds

I
Reading Psalm 31 inspired me to seek a key that opens & shuts the door on every 24 hours/ day (?) across the globe. 15-25 secs.

II
LORD, Your Body prepares to start or end another "day" on Your Good Earth; bless us all according to Your infinite mercy, but be especially now with those in need. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Pale Less Thin - Gaza Crisis

Poets: Paciolo Pen Saint Ft Poet Em Em Ft Sebastian Jnr

I'm a flying bird but I'm broken
My wings are cupped & shackled
I'm a choir but my voice is gone
Still I can hum the horrors in my mind
The eyes of the earth in tears
Gaza is in pain - the torrent has reached it corn.

Here's the narration of little ugliness
The scent of joy can't be smelled in palestine (Gaza)
There's no joy in her wind
Her graves are laced with agony
& Her remnants are Pale less thin

(2)
Her remnants are Pale less thin
Her eyes sees no white of a thing
but flames and smokes
& her beak picks up pickles in an enclosed beaker

Gaza is in a kettle of fish
with no water to quench her thirst
nor flow away her agonies
still her remnants are pale less thin

(3)
Still her remnants pale less thin
Like breathing air on a cool less brink
Where souls are perplexee— to sucide
Minds lack rest—For all days pale less thin.

Gaza is in airless world—admist rain
Losing lives— secs by secs all days
for there is no air for her bird to fly—not even rays.
Her remnants pale less thin—yet no halt in attack by the ingrates

secs, saint so still.
no restraint when
great wisdom - faint
from accent spills.
has my back - God
of love - soundtrack
keeps no record
of wrongs, slow to
anger. i’ll go
where stirs the heart’s
former brr, warms
the soul, prefers
the morning song -
its airborne wings
of the reborn.

Tiz Min

Those secs that sizzled!
Infinity lies perturbed
Zilches the present...

Many miles of love...
It’s extraordinary
No regrets at last!

Defining the The

The simple on the page
What comes next
What to reflect
What to interject
Haunted by the space
Looking to touch grace
Letters crawl across the thin sinew
Filling the pauses
with particles of self
Each word stealing

Naughty But Nice and Soft Funny Secs Poem

My better other half

Who I call Secsee

Today did say to me

If you wish to continue our sexual liaison's

Or want me to have sex with you ever again

The next time you take or need a Pish

Then you better remember to leave the toilet seat down

Or the only thing you will be making love to in the not to distant future

Is those dodge sites you keep wiping from your computer

And just them you will be resigned to history

Do you get me ?

So I Had This Dream

So i had this dream,
I think it was a dream:

My lonely sole treading
the path of the air,
Through the rolling container.

My feet measuring the path
Of Washington,
dazed by her beauty,startled
by her regalia.

My eyes seduced by the
Beauty of her physiognomy.
The tiled road tensed with glory-
Even with her sister-Michigan.

My heart was elated like
an electrocuted toy who
hopped for joy while betrothed
to the striving electricity.

I closed my eyes for secs,
Open it a bit through the specs.
Thought it was a nightmare-
Maybe one of the lies the dreams spare.

But nay it was a raw truth,
A truth unmissed with alcohol-
Stance like the undauted rock,
Looking indifferently steady like a moor.

So at last i'm here,
Even America is now my peer.
What i'd longed for months,
Just entered through my door when hope was lost.

Now my joy's fulfilled,
Into the pitch now to be fulfilled.

Americans?

An Hero is here.
Washington, Lions_den is here.
For some to tear while some to care.

Tom Hamer

When Tom was ten he was told,
To give up swimming, outrightly,
‘Cos it would get him nowhere,
But at 12 he swam the Channel.

He has an intellectual disability,
And is in the new class of S14,
Which he embraced 14 aged,
To join the ParalympicGB team.

Commonwealths were his debut,
Glasgow 2014, Tom won bronze,
For the 200m, the freestyle event,
To make quite an entry splash.

And still in Glasgow, the Worlds,
2015, for Tom another bronze,
In the 200 metres freestyle again,
Which he did celebrate totally.

Then 2016 and the Euro Champs,
Took him onto Rio 2016 in Brazil,
Because he secured two medals,
A gold, a bronze: individual, free.

In Rio Tom hit a high silver note,
To take a second placement fair,
In the men’s 100 metres freestyle,
With a time of 1:56:58 minutes.

He comes from Rawtenstall town,
Which is in hilly Lancashire county,
In the furnished Rossendale Valley,
And has set three British records.

54.79 secs for the 100m freestyle,
1.57.27 mins for freestyle 200m,
And in the 200 individual medley,
2.15.65 minutes: all UK records.

Ryan Crouch

Ryan has been plagued with illness,
So took a swimming break in 2014,
But managed to be selected for Rio,
Where he made the finals freestyle.

He possesses mild Cerebral Palsy,
Which affects his right side and foot,
And after on this foot an operation,
For rehabilitation he did swimming.

He’s swum since he was five years,
And when he was eleven he raced,
For the Dovercourt Swimming Club,
To progress to race nationally, UK.

Someone spotted him aged eleven,
And coach Dave Champion taught,
To him the freestyle and backstroke,
Also the butterfly - he swims the S9.

At an International Meet, chilly April,
2016, Ryan swum the 50m freestyle,
In the qualification time for the Paras,
In the finals, 8th place in 26.76 secs.

Rhys Jones

Rhys comes from the Rhondda Valley,
In South Wales from Church Village.
He was born with mild Cerebral Palsy,
And sprints in the T37 category, page.

As a child he played disability football,
But migrated to sprinting in good 2010,
So he got the London Paralympics call,
Where he sat in the 100 and 200m glen.

2014 found Rhys compete in Glasgow,
In the Commonwealth Games vital jive,
Where he ran the 100m even out hoe,
In 12.04 secs, taking the bronze chive.

By 2016, and after the games in Rio,
He was sixth in the world in his class,
Of T37 for people with a CP portfolio,
Which he never even envisaged, gas?!

“…thank you to the people who play
the national lottery. Athletics is [a dear]
sport and by you paying [it is a way
for] us [to] get the…equipment [here].”

Richard Chiassaro

Richard is a wheelchair sprinter,
Also a middle distance competitor,
Who sometimes races along side,
David Weir, so he’s had it hard.

He was born on the 11th November,
In the disco year of 1981, England,
With spina bifida, and trains strong,
At the Harlow Athletic Club busy.

At the BT Paralympic World Cup,
In London in 2012 he won the gold,
And then that same year, Emirates,
Sharjah in the Persian Gulf, T54

Richard, at the close International
Open Athletics Meeting, a bronze.
He’s No. 1 in the UK in his class,
In the 100m, and also in the 200m.

In Grossetto in Italy, in year 2016,
Which held the IPC Europeans,
He collected 3 silvers and 1 gold,
In the 100, 400, 800m, and 200m.

But sadly at Rio he did miss out,
On a medal position, came forth,
When he won a time of 47.17 secs,
Because of wheelchair problems.

He only came short by 0.10 secs,
Came behind China’s Yan Liu,
Tunisia’s Yassine Gharbi quick,
And Holland’s Kenny Weeghel.

He made up much, lots of ground,
On the final bend, he pushed hard,
To finish with his head held high,
And absolutely nothing to regret.

Kadeena Cox

Kadeena was born on 10 March 1991,
And competed in non-disabled sports,
Until 2014 when she was diagnosed,
With Multiple Sclerosis which swayed.

She was a sprinter, including the 60m,
To set a WR of 11.97secs in the 100,
So changed to para-sports very fine -
To T37 sprinting and C2 track cycling.

On the approach to Rio she posted,
For the 100m a WR of 13.59 secs,
And then beat Georgina Hermitage,
Who came 2nd, by running 13.67.

So for Rio she was reclassified,
As a T38 runner, and for the T38
400m she won the gold medal,
And for the T35-38 relay, a silver.

She won bronze in the T38 100m,
And in that golden 400 set a WR -
Also competing in para-cycling,
She took the gold for the WR trial.

She was definitely a star at Rio,
And so was selected by Team GB,
To carry the Union Jack upright,
The night of the closing ceremony.

Josef Craig

This man loves Newcastle United football club,
And has overcome Graves’ disease thyroidal,
By having an op to remove that deathly snub,
Of his prowess in the swimming pool brutal.

He won a bronze in the 100 metres freestyle,
At the British Swimming Championships 2012,
Then at the UK championships international,
Those for disabled people, he won in the youth.

He also took gold there, in the 50m men’s youth,
In 29.95 secs, and in the men’s open 400 metres,
He won bronze. At the London Paras the truth,
Is he was Britain’s youngest gold medalist, cheers!

He was the North East’s own sports personality,
And won the MBE in 2013. CP is his condition,
And he’s gone from being an S7 by true nobility,
To being a category S8, by his rugged dedication.
