‘I love you’ she softly whispered.
Her hand lay limply in mine.
Then, she left in silence as the evening turned into night.
She left me alone with heartbreak.
There was no point of return.
Then, she crossed the water as the evening turned into night.
Since then I have lived with my sadness...the ache of longing won’t cease.
I belong to the darkness; the wind has lost its voice.
Memories....
Tears welled up...
There was no point of return.
Slowly she departed, mist enshrouded, slipped out of sight.
Then, she crossed the water as the evening turned into night.

Not advertising that flippant flick. I just want to know
where my blooming flivver is. It ruffles my feathers no
end to find out, when exiting the embassy,
that my buggy's whereabouts are a mystery.
I must meet Sherry 'cause her right toe
wants a sweet kiss. Did the camel tow
my car? That blasted mammal! Sherry's dear
foot can't wait! Please do not tell me the deer
took my buggy! That son of a Witch
would fine
me with a very pricey mulct which
isn't fine!
Not another loathsome tax
to put up with! Oh no, Lord, please!
I beg thou hearken to my pleas!
Now, let's come down to tin tacks.
I need my bloody car! A choice bass
cooked by Sherry awaits me. The crass
specimen who's got my car is so base,
and I'm so cross! The camel has a bass
voice that creeps me out! I do not want to
deal with him. I cannot even stomach two
secs the sight of the deer. He's ugly too.
II.
On returning to his flat, mad as a goat,
Ivo found on the door, the following note:
Dear Ivo,
I hereby inform you that your awfully and
illegally parked streetcar has been impounded.
Come pick it up at the City Hall and
bring cash with you for there's a fine. 8 hundred
clams.
Much love,
The Crane from Ukraine.
Blimey! That heartless crane! I won't give her a buck!
Now I know the ruffians weren't the camel and the buck.
Well, let's be fair, it wouldn't be cricket to pass the buck.
I didn't park properly. It's my fault. That's it. I will not buck
at the fine.
III.
I got my car back for free. How? l told the crane;
"I'm in a hurry to meet Sherry who needs me to canoodle
her feet. I'll have tonight for dinner a bass fish with noodles."
"If a foot massage like the ones I used to get in Ukraine.
you give me, I will be happy to call off the mulct." said she.
I pleased her feet very much. She loved it. Then we got some tea.
IV.
I'm on my way home to eat some bass,
with my beloved and awesome lass.
It's so nice to be able to dine
without having paid that gruesome fine.
Let me tell it one more time,
When one more chance I see your smile.
That days and months when you were gone.
My life was so emptied , no secs I didn't cry.
My heart is bleeding, can barely beat.
Since you've left me here in empty space.
But when I see you again,I'll tell you this.
I love each day we were laughing,
When we argue and fall asleep, crossed-legs.
I love it when you brush my hair with those fingertips.
Down to my neck, a gently softest kiss.
Then we both lie barely naked wrapped with wild embrace.
I remember one day beside the beach.
You put a ring in my finger, and teardrops fell down my cheeks.
You're the sweetest person at that moment ,
Then you knelt down and took my hand.
I wore the promise of endless love,I believed in forever.
One rainy night , we argued too bad.
You left and ride in your car ,the last time I saw my guy.
When I woke up in the morning, I almost have to die.
I see your face in every news, you're such a superstar.
Wish that I could see you again, for once.
To tell you , I love you ,that forever you're mine.

My better other half
Who I call Secsee
Today did say to me
If you wish to continue our sexual liaison's
Or want me to have sex with you ever again
The next time you take or need a Pish
Then you better remember to leave the toilet seat down
Or the only thing you will be making love to in the not to distant future
Is those dodge sites you keep wiping from your computer
And just them you will be resigned to history
Do you get me ?
My Pop/Rock Experience
It gives me chills,
Energises and excites;
Pumps my heart,
Faster than a 180 dart.
Pop/rock makes rock civil,
Something within reason,
Whilst keeping that same power,
Found in rock hour.
One Direction pull me through,
Long days and gloomy times,
And the rudeness of Pink,
Lets what’s bad in me mime.
JLS let me bounce in song,
With their harmonisations strong;
5 Secs of Summer jump to meet,
My thirst for life, it’s me they greet.
With poetic lyrics and denim jeans,
It is about reality that most of them scream;
For good or happy days, either they'll do,
When you can think that they've sung for you!
Oliver is the cox of the LTA mixed cox four team,
And graduated from Warwick Uni in Philosophy,
Where he started rowing at once in his first year,
Soon to become the cox of lively rhythmic orality.
After graduating, in his time in the summer holidays,
Oliver decided to improve his coxing skill and voice,
So he worked with different rowers and coaches,
At Lancaster Uni and Southhampton Uni of choice.
He then moved onto the hip Leander rowing club,
Which is in Berkshire and stands olympic famous,
And Paralympic famous, where he was coach paired,
With Brian Armstrong and Chris Collerton ramose.
Leander got him into the rich international scene,
Where he raced with the Paralympic team as new,
And from that first row he’s never looked backwards
As he’s collected a string of medals for his mouth, rue.
In 2014 in Amsterdam, the Nethherlands, the Worlds,
He secured his team a gold on the rippled waters,
And 2015, Alguebelette, France, another World lung,
He coxed his para-team to another gold as otters.
Then in Varese city, Italy, he won the team the gold,
Also in 2015, and so Rio’s gold consequently came,
Without surprise or shock in a time of 3.17.17 mins,
Just 1.26 secs short on WR, Lago Rodrigo lake fame.
A Games Maker at London’s Paralympics 2012,
Stephanie used to be a competitor able-bodied,
In the Great Britain team, mind on the Olympics,
Even tho’ since 11 her eyes were bad, crummier.
One day when she was training in a 50m sprint,
She felt a sharp, sudden pain shoot down her arm,
Which she just ignored, but it soon re-emerged,
Such that today she’s possesses nerve damage.
She’s a para-swimmer and competes in contests,
With other disabled sportsmen and sportswomen,
Her first competition as such was in Sheffield city,
2013, the British International Swimming Champs.
So at the Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow,
2014, Stephanie won a silver for the 100m freestyle,
And then in Eindhoven which is in the Netherlands,
7 golds: 1 for back, 1 fly, 3 free, 1 relay, 2 medley.
In Funchal which is on Madeira, Portugal, in 2016,
On this approach to Rio Stephanie won 2 golds,
At the European Championships highly spirited,
1 for the 50m freestyle and 1 for the 100m butterfly.
In Rio Stephanie won the silver in 1 min 10.32 secs,
And sealed gold along with her familiar colleagues,
In the 4x100m medley relay 34pts. From Preston,
She practices in their Club, born 7th February 1991.

Heavy is the brow that sits the crown of power,
fame or shame it is a wonder that we live with
greed to want for more than we can afford
or sow the seed and set the deal
dealt to us in deeds we need…
We want more to succeed in our greed
we wear the finery of a life lived out fast
we burn out in all the lights we love
and breathe the shadow of the tv screen
and dance the dance macabre
We want to have and to hold all that
is dear but to pay the price
for a mear meek soul in the void
of life that is touched for a costly lie
We seek to have and to hold
to warm and to mold the binary
of life in our hands such is the power of man
For heavy is the brow that sits
the crown the power the
flame the perceived shame
We are plugged into little black
digital boxes and waste our
lives in opinions and checkmarks,
suicide drives
We live vicariously through
others imagery we worry
what we are liked or shared or
only care as we count the
Tick-Tocks of life now lost in a computer app
We are void of passion seconds
to our demises close to our
death but 30 secs of shame
slides slices of life pointless and enflamed
Heavy is the brow with thoughts
of more than what we are more
than self, as humanity runs
a mock not thinking or dreaming
we only wait for dawn with our
eyes wide shut as we scream into the night
Kadeena was born on 10 March 1991,
And competed in non-disabled sports,
Until 2014 when she was diagnosed,
With Multiple Sclerosis which swayed.
She was a sprinter, including the 60m,
To set a WR of 11.97secs in the 100,
So changed to para-sports very fine -
To T37 sprinting and C2 track cycling.
On the approach to Rio she posted,
For the 100m a WR of 13.59 secs,
And then beat Georgina Hermitage,
Who came 2nd, by running 13.67.
So for Rio she was reclassified,
As a T38 runner, and for the T38
400m she won the gold medal,
And for the T35-38 relay, a silver.
She won bronze in the T38 100m,
And in that golden 400 set a WR -
Also competing in para-cycling,
She took the gold for the WR trial.
She was definitely a star at Rio,
And so was selected by Team GB,
To carry the Union Jack upright,
The night of the closing ceremony.
Susie was inspired by the Beijing Paralympics,
To pursue her talent at swimming, to train hard,
So she was classified as an S7, deformed limbs,
And won three medals in London, one in Rio.
She has a BA in languages from Newcastle,
Which she uses in her British Council work,
And first appeared in Berlin city at the Euros,
In Germany’s 2011 IPC Championships.
In London she won freestyle bronze 100m,
Another bronze for the 400 metres freestyle,
And yet another bronze for the 4x100m relay,
Also free - it’s where you do the front crawl.
In the French city of Montreal in Canada,
Quebec, Susie secured 1 gold and 4 silvers,
Gold for the 4x100m freestyle relay 34pts,
Silvers for 50, 100, 400 free and for 50 fly.
In 2014 in Eindhoven in the Netherlands,
Susie took five golds: the 50m butterfly,
The 50, 100 and the 400 metres freestyle,
And another for the 100m freestyle relay.
Then in Glasgow at the IPC Worlds 2015,
Susie won a gold 4x100m medley relay,
Also a bronze for the 100 metres freestyle,
So Funchal 2016 (Euros) came naturally.
In Funchal which exists on Madeira island,
Susie took five golds: the 50 metres butterfly,
The 50m, the 100m and the 400m freestyle,
And another for the medley relay, the 100m.
So in Rio she rejoiced when she won gold,
In the 50m butterfly in a time of 35.07 secs;
She could not believe it because she’s 33,
And intended to retire after London 2012.

Richard is a wheelchair sprinter,
Also a middle distance competitor,
Who sometimes races along side,
David Weir, so he’s had it hard.
He was born on the 11th November,
In the disco year of 1981, England,
With spina bifida, and trains strong,
At the Harlow Athletic Club busy.
At the BT Paralympic World Cup,
In London in 2012 he won the gold,
And then that same year, Emirates,
Sharjah in the Persian Gulf, T54
Richard, at the close International
Open Athletics Meeting, a bronze.
He’s No. 1 in the UK in his class,
In the 100m, and also in the 200m.
In Grossetto in Italy, in year 2016,
Which held the IPC Europeans,
He collected 3 silvers and 1 gold,
In the 100, 400, 800m, and 200m.
But sadly at Rio he did miss out,
On a medal position, came forth,
When he won a time of 47.17 secs,
Because of wheelchair problems.
He only came short by 0.10 secs,
Came behind China’s Yan Liu,
Tunisia’s Yassine Gharbi quick,
And Holland’s Kenny Weeghel.
He made up much, lots of ground,
On the final bend, he pushed hard,
To finish with his head held high,
And absolutely nothing to regret.
Rhys comes from the Rhondda Valley,
In South Wales from Church Village.
He was born with mild Cerebral Palsy,
And sprints in the T37 category, page.
As a child he played disability football,
But migrated to sprinting in good 2010,
So he got the London Paralympics call,
Where he sat in the 100 and 200m glen.
2014 found Rhys compete in Glasgow,
In the Commonwealth Games vital jive,
Where he ran the 100m even out hoe,
In 12.04 secs, taking the bronze chive.
By 2016, and after the games in Rio,
He was sixth in the world in his class,
Of T37 for people with a CP portfolio,
Which he never even envisaged, gas?!
