The forest path is empty; and
the tourist hubbub mute. Lay’s,
biscuits, banana chips, peanuts…
These monkeys lose the alms
from visitors. Yet they enjoy
the lockdown on the romantic
boughs without sanitizers and
masks. They foresee rain before
it kisses sand. Their infants are
beatific within cuddle and care.
They don’t perforate the roof of
the earth. Genocide and lynching
are unknown to them. Never
destructive, ever-serene, they
live and leave. I must mistrust
the monkey lineage of man.

Awash . My clean hands. My paws
I pray with folded hands. I pause
I hold. No gaps in my fingers
I give. Receive compulsive
An Order Humility wish
Still...I ...Pray
for
all
for
Me
Free
in love
in faith
no fears
to receive
and to give
Unenforced.
There I hold thee
no fears ....nor guilt
Paradox to wash clean
in gallons of synthetics
Hold on. A spoof this
All the hand sanitizers of WHO CDC
will not sweeten this little hand. Alas
Now I suffer compulsive fear of giving

12 AM!
Happy 2020
Everyone greeted in delight
"Not yet", uttered corona
From venturesome everyday
Something distant
To being trapped in lockdown
For several months
We all got a lesson
Nothing is everlasting
Accept the constant tussle
We had in quarantine
In the list of 2020 plans
All we own is
Sanitizers and masks
Precautions and disclaimers like
Cover your face
Or else this virus will cover
Beneath the ground
Within white sheets
Handshakes and hugs
Ruined by social distancing
Stay home stay safe
The only slogan we heard thousand times
From hoping the cases will turn down
To rapid rising in deaths
May god protect us
We pray all the time
Consoling ourselves
This pandemic will end soon
All left with only one thought
Why china did this to us

A BEGGAR IN ISOLATION
I hear people speak of "sanitizers"
A word whose meaning remains a wonder
With clean water and soap do I hear them wash
Such luxury is one I can only but wish
I see people leaving the streets for home
Still, it is the only home I have ever known
If in the comfort of your home you say a prayer:
"Remember me; that homeless beggar
If ever you have an extra plate to offer
Oh, remember me; a hungry orphan
If you have a bottle of drink to give
Remember that corner where a blind man lives
If you decide to help in ways you can
Remember that childless old woman
While every man seeks preventive measures
And sits back to rely on his laid up treasures
My only hope is in the rain and sun
I can only but wish this virus gone
I have wrestled long with thirst, hunger and woes
But how can I fight this blood thirsty foe
Yet if through your window you see me gasp for breath
I pray you let me die my gruesome death
For you think of the earth as a thousand times better
Without the filth of a virus stricken beggar!

Put up your wire fences, the Mask polizei, too!
Or holy than thou neighbors who call the police to report you.
Such immoral, weak Gestapos, they!
They need leather SS jackets, I say.
Try me! Put up your fences!
I'll get on that beach and hug my love on benches.
Since when do bold Americans fold?
Where's your backbone gone, has it turned to mold?
Tell me, why do you really think,
A mayor can force you to stay home, or drive you to
the brink?
Lockdowns apply to prisons, not to homes.
You paid for your home, get out and roam!
Look outside, is there a obese, burly guard there?
No, not even one, nor a cute fuzzy hare!
Sanitizers, masks, paper products made truckloads
of money.
The rabid fear has cost you money, honey!
Stop the insanity, All, do defy.
Or~ you may have to keep shaking inside.
With CNN, as your most negative,
Anything but spiritual or hopeful guide!
Till the day I die, I cry:
"Defy~ Defy!"

The new normal ?
Please
do not cough or sneeze
for when you are near
I’m filled with fear
Just wear your masks
As you carry out your daily tasks
But don’t wear your dirty gloves
when you feed the doves.
No more need for appetizers,
Just the hand sanitizers?
Keep passing the milkshakes
But don’t expect any handshakes.
This is the new normal,
The factual formal,
The viral violence,
The statistical silence.

THE STENCH OF DEATH,
It started in china, It started in Wuhan, It visited Italy,
It visited the mighty land of the POTUS, It is here and it’s real.
The smell of death is everywhere, I can feel the stench, so sharp,
It never discriminate between the poor and the rich, Everyone is scared about this Corona,
Mother earth is healing herself.
When it visited Italy,
Keeper of Italy issued a quarantine, The Italians thought its holiday time,
See what has happened, death eating them badly, So as I write these, my conscience tells it real.
Let mother Earth heal herself and also let humans live.
Be a brother’s, sister’s keeper, stay clean and you will live!
The Rich are afraid and shaken,
The poor are crying, but all are equal,
This shadow of death, just like a shadow knows no color white and black, The rich and the poor are crying,
Brothers and sisters we need cleansing as much as we need sanitizers,
The most high come down and empower the angels in long white over coats, Let them get the antidote and save us.

~ Chzarisma is my Vaccine~
People are frightened of joyous, positive souls.
They cling to paper masks, sanitizers and paper towel rolls!
They will not get near me for a chat.
Too ignorant to know that Sir Death knows exactly where you are at!
Locked behind doors, no humans in sight!
That kind of living gives me a fright.
A mask is no protection at all.
Unless its the kind of mask a surgeon wears, these cannot be bought
at a mall.
Car wrecks, falling down stairs, heart attacks, diabetes,
drugs or booze!
Anyone of the above can get you, sorry but you cannot choose!
Take back all your freedoms and your own life!
Stop hiding from Death, we are all in his sites.
The virus is never going away, it mutates and is here to stay!
Don't you get it? Get out there and live happily every day.
God is the center of this universe!
Stop believing we are living under a curse!

Oh, venerable mask on high!
You have replaced, my God, so do come nigh.
Of hand-sanitizers do I religiously sing.
No church, no God, I adore social distancing!
I will make wrong, all who wear no mask!
Label them as idiots or freaks ~is my latest task.
The government is my Higher Power now.
I have no time for you God, so take your leave and bow.
I gleefully forgot you already know the day I will die.
So media fear colors my rivulet of days, like sixties tie-dye.
Maybe I will trust you when this is over?
I doubt it though, since I let science and government
I adore, even more than my dog, Rover!

Disaster Looming
Since this virus
Has come to be,
All unnatural
Happenings we see,
In the store,
Pray it’s not later,
That you find toilet paper!
Hurry! We need more
Everyone’s breaking down the door!
No sanitizers! No bread! No eggs!
No napkins! No paper towel!
No aspirin!
This is a mortal sin!
This is totally unnatural!
Hundreds of thousands
Collecting unemployment,
We have a military deployment!
Companies closing! Gyms closing!
Pools closing! Stores closing!
Beauty salons and barber shops closing!
Churches and synagogues cancelling services
Enough to cause anyone nervousness!
Government going to pay everyone
$1,000-$2,000 per person,
Government going to bail out hotels
And airlines-over $50 billion bucks
What horrible luck
We are all facing now,
The devil must be taking a bow,
Disaster looming,
No flowers blooming,
Government bankrupt folks
US Treasury gone broke!

Corona virus!
Beautifully sculptured like a jewel
Armless, with bulges of a crown
But only those who narrowly escaped
With scars of your sharp fangs
Can tell the potency of your venom.
A merciless human predator
Riding on the wings of morning zephyr
He rears his tent in the ventilation room
Where fresh and expired air mingles
Then strangles his preys
Left gasping for oxygen
Till they become cold and stiff.
You walked into our land armless
Yet even armed men trembled
Naked-head birds that made news
And the guardians of skulls
All retreated shamefully
Into dark barren caves.
You have set humanity on a verge
Where the sole prayer is survival
A brutal infinitesimal entity
Bound on eradicating mankind
Indeed you are an armless beast.
The halls are vacant
The malls are barren
The rails are silent
The roads are empty
The airways are clear.
They say you were a gentleman
Resting in the veins of forest dwellers
Before our kindred in the East
Went out to hunt down bush meat
And returned with a big catch.
One city eat meat
The whole world washed hands
With perfumed sanitizers
That meat must be a great one!

Sans hand sanitizers in the market!

Let’s go with the flow
But wait it’s fearful and confused
Panicking
The end of times?
Not that flow
That is the flow of illusion
Let there be no wafting confusion
I want to go with the other flow
Hey, may I come with you?
Not unless you have the appropriate mask
You also must commit twenty-six rolls of toilet paper to the cause
What cause is that?
Pow! They are running from you
Someone’s brown paper bag breaks open.
A small hand sanitizer drops into the street.
You lean down to pick it up for them.
They smack you on the head with their fist.
Where is my OxyContin when I need her?
You ask as you wake up.
That is no solution!
Sure It is.
Part of the endless solutions.
You begin piling toilet paper and hand sanitizers into a wagon.
Hey! Wait for me!
You trip and fall.
End up being the only survivor of a holocaust.
Nature loves her little surprises.

Why are people so afraid of running out of toilet paper
it is not a cure, a vaccine, nor a rose pill for its taper
It has disrupted our lives, a scoundrel settling like vapor
threatening our lives, as we in disbelief and stoic stupor
continue to be vigilant citizens in a world of honor
It has become a world of hand sanitizers with no peer
now only a higher power can somehow draw us near
Despite footbumps and eye noddings we are all dear
as human beings we need a solid cure, and no not fear
lets hold fast in solidarity across the world and adhere
Why is this happening we ask, ourselves and others
all I can tell you is that we are all sisters and brothers
we all need to do our best to help, and stick together
we need to eradicate IT , for its HEALTH that matters
so remember in fragility , IT is a wind, we are feather
ITS NAME? COVID-19, and its not going to win the fight
as long as we remember, to pass that torch of LIGHT
we can win this thing together, drive it out of sight
be patient, stay calm, and your going to be alright
this is Mystic Rose , wishing you, a good night !

I work in the retail sector
and everyone's gone mad.
It's really very amusing.
It's really very sad.
Toilet paper and sanitizers
have flown right out the door.
Though everyone is asking
we've no idea when we'll get more.
The face masks of every type
are hoarded like they're gold.
Even the ones for dust or painting.
But those hoarders can't be told.
The painters and the contractors
are getting pretty mad
since the ones they need for their jobs
are no where to be had.
Panic is setting in
and everyone's afraid.
But off to work we go
because we just need to get paid.
The N-95 face masks
( the ones they really need)
are limited to six per customer,
a lot of whom can't read.
We wipe the counters diligently,
the keypads and scanners too.
We don't want the coronavirus
but we understand it's just a flu.
Wash your hands, don't touch your face.
It doesn't seem that tough,
and if you're sick, just stay home.
We can't emphasize this enough.
