Two kingdoms clashing, light and dark,
They cannot dwell in the same heart.
Give up all that pulls us away,
For Word comes first; it lights the way.
A shield to guard, so strong, so true,
It does the work it is meant to do.
A sword that cuts through bone and marrow,
Dividing culture and nature, brave and narrow.
Return to the Word, for the Word is sound,
When fighting from victory, strategic rest is found.
So, believe, align, reposition right,
A pathway new, with songs of new sound of light.
Advance, reclaim the spoils once lost,
Press on, no matter what the cost.

Pages turn, as new cycles start,
Agree with our Maker, hear His heart.
In our daily solitary space,
Step beyond and hear the sound of the race.
See anew, learn to relate afresh,
If doubt remains, do not rush!
Press in prayer, let persistent faith arise,
And watch the impossible vaporize.
Reposition our hearts, stride onwards ahead,
Claim the inheritance for which we were led.
Do not fear walls, just break through,
For fields of plenty wait for you!
Hear His heartbeat fresh and true,
The grand-old commission reborn in you.

A war has been on going in my mind,
Of sinful thoughts and bad habits.
So I had to delete the source,
Get back on the right course.
I gave the gram power over my life,
Fiercely driving and consuming me.
I kept feeding it like an addiction,
Still my appetite was left empty.
I felt in my spirit God say pull,
Pull the plug, like a rug under my feet.
An awful compulsion of hiding and seeking,
If this was court, the verdict would be guilty.
Stuck between the traps and temptations,
I made a change like flicking a switch.
Flushed the urge from my system,
Renewed reposition and confidence.
The desire to stay relevant,
Shouldn’t outweigh development.
It’s hard to avoid the trends,
But it’s worth it in the end.

Pain comes back to reposition you
It can return to steer you in the right direction
It alters your course and
At times, it forces you to rethink your situation
Repurposed pain
It is here to retrain you and
Realign you so that you finish your purpose
Pain comes back to reposition you

A new dawn is coming
When no one will be running
It's boldly written all over
Our pains will soon be over
It's a preseason of restoration
Soon we shall be bestowed with decoration
For the services we render in this war
Against those who make us useless with metaphor
A new dawn is coming
When the youths won't think of running
Across foams for greener pastures
The newbirth is an end to insignificant departures
A new dawn is coming
When Nigeria will come out shinning
Cos the captured stains on our flag
Shall be bleached out to wash off bad tag
It's a preseason of restoration
And there's an unbelievable collaboration
To ensure a reposition of our flag
With promises to boost our ag.

Most she cited as jargon
Words to communicate
With the fans. She looked
past the "marks" and saw
something in the fan support
pile that allowed her reposition
and in clear mind aside from
the " media mumbo jumbo" she
looked at something someone
wrote, an when it made sense she
responded. A man see's beyond the
edges. His labors seeks reward.
Even the crumbest of them sometimes
are as worthy, as the most qualified.
Her sarcasm lead others to think.
A night were the less appreciated
wins. They don't know I spend most
Of my time separating from them; I
never said I didn't love them.

Usually silence is
the waiting reposition
for the best answer
Sometimes silence is
the best answer of
all waiting
Waiting and endless waiting
sometimes creates
boring chaotic life
Sometimes extrovert aggression is
the best reflection of
the introvert agitations
Revolution is revolution
it can bring philanthropic change
when in and outside of
the revolutionary movement is same

The Heron, grey priest of the shallow mere
Stalks slow and calculated t’ward its prey
With cool far seeing vision of a seer
And knowing his own power needs no defray
For he alone adjudicates the day
His strategy grinds more than single axe
A long unhurried glide path to new gaze
Will reposition him for a climax
And total consummation of his plays
The end - submission that for him is praise

Tables have turned
And now I'm the one to blame
The turning that pushed me and put me to shame
Betrayal, disloyalty and dishonesty is on my name
Consciously the intention was untitled
Till Subconscious schemed to cause you pain;
Disloyal, the title conformed to my name
The reflection i see in my mirror
Smeared with the look of disgust
But the blurry image shines with hurt-betrayed look
''I didn't mean to do it'' its what plays like a song in this portrait
Put on repeat like a hit song
To get me well acquainted with remorse
But i tend to confuse it with regret
Tables have turned and I'm on the other side
Tables have turned and i can only see your innocence
Your sincerity reminds me of the clean slate i prepared for you
But mine was smeared with dark spots of untrustworthy
Tables have turned and i wish you could reposition them
Hearts broken,
I wonder who will mend them
Sorry can't even cut a wet tissue
But i just wish you to understand,
To broken hearts be the rescue
If you get this message, know that i couldn't say this in person.

I was in the dark,
as dark as the night...
full of trials on the way.
Should I protest?
What can I do?
I was isolated and helpless.
But I had to shout;
then I cried aloud..
still, they couldn't hear me out.
The deep silence ensued.
I couldn't reach them,
so I had to follow the footsteps.
I saw a sobbing child -
waiting for his chance.
He asked for my hand.
I presented it freely.
I crawled beneath the dim,
sensing the right route.
I had to dive into its cruelties,
and moved all the way.
I met difficulties
but I thought of reposition...
I tried to wake up
from the dark road I've travelled.

YESTERDAY HOLDS NOT MY FUTURE
Yesterday is died and gone in vain
Tomorrow equally died yesterday In my eyes
So yesterday holds not my future
But the forgone memories of unachieved
Work and dreams which laid within me yesterday
Tomorrow holds not my future when repostioned
Myself
Tomorrow holds. My peace and blessings
Which was unable to achieve yesterday
I move my eyes. Closer to direct tomorrow
If I live to see it come to me in good health
I clear the grasses in. My mind and wait
For the brighter sun of the days to come
The snow maybe white but to some
It is black in their eyes when yesterday's
Tears struck back and it hurt sorrowfully
The weeds of yesterday's memories grow
Rapidly and tomorrow isn't prepared well
When yesterday failure hit on the heart like a
Thrown ball on the wall
Yesterday holds not my future but my past
Painting of my future calender starts today
Which when I dance well manifest tomorrow
Restore the lost hope in yesterday
Reposition yourself very well
Tomorrow holds your future not yesterday

It is Christmas Eve, all preparations for the day are done,
My hand grabs the doorknob as I step out to take a stroll,
On this peaceful night the village is silent, and I see no one,
Walking under the warm glow of a decorated streetlight pole.
I stand and gaze at the windows of the house next door,
Where a tree glows with bubble lights and tinsel strands,
Three stockings holding wishes, await over the fire's roar,
A scene straight from a dream, so wonderful and grand.
Glancing upwards, as the clouds glide across the moon,
Silver stars are out mingling with the drifting snowflakes,
A sight to enjoy here and now, for morning will be here soon,
A beautiful Christmas memory, deep in my heart to take.
Only one car comes up the street, as I walk along our lane,
Just a friendly snowman is there to greet me with a hello,
I stop, adjust his top hat, and reposition his pipe and cane,
This cold-hearted man has made a child smile, I know.
My ears lead me to the street corner where carolers sing,
As those old familiar notes drift towards me on the air,
More sounds seem to awaken as the bells distantly ring,
I felt nothing but a warming glow as I was standing there.
