A Bike's Own Reminiscence - were you ever so real?

In the way you had led me
With raised expectancy;
Turn on wheel-turn, a breeze atop
For whose mood did heighten;
Country road, and road endless;
Still whooshed! Left idle when!

In angling off a new slant
On the world did him grant.
Up this way, that; reposed. Unspoiled.
Summer days did me steer.
Each wide vista, cow-grazed, coast-hazed
Opened out on ' Freedom'.
Once looked back on, is rolled back up
Whose mirage! Whose phantom!

Reminiscence, Rhyme

Trader: wares of merchants.
Where do you keep at night?
Demagogue, hold back thy rants!
Oracle, thy sight!

Weathervane, point northward?
The master deals in snow?
Prisoner, hoist thy petard!
Chains, perform a tow...

Remember the moment?
Depends on what it had.
Far-flung fate to foment!
Fair flicker, O my fad!

Tremendous the tempered tale?
Metamorphic shale.
Fortune, got the time to fail?
Get thy garbage pail.

Prophet, poet, poison.
O serpent, hiss in time.
Rhyme and riddle, ricin.
Wind, blow hard the chime.

Eagle, ergo. Weal and woof.
Steady blows the storm.
Shingles, cover well. Hoof? Roof!
Wicker man, mare, warm...

Snail, thy trail. Never end, cur.
Mongrel, bite down hard.
Reminiscence! Where we were!
Orion, thy shard...

Black as the night
My sable soul sings
Songs praising Nubian
Ancestors dancing
To treed thoughts
Rooted in the womb
Of my pregnant
Poetic mind…

Such is the essence
Of poetic labors of love
And the orgasmic Nile flow
Of impregnating
Words of wisdom
Watering inspiration
And thigh-warming
Navel awareness
Rebirthing chosen
Mission purpose…

Indeed my beloved
Ancestors:
To not know where
We go from here
Is bad
And not to engage
In working out
Where
And how
Is worst…

I don't remember what I did, it's true,
the day before I fell in love with you.
I guess I might've been attending Shakespeare class
lamenting with Professor Pendergrass
the fate of Juliet Capulet and Romeo Montague.

Wobbly words wrapped in weal walnut-white wood
Silk snare souvenirs and sturdy struck stinks.
Your whisper dragged me in and there withstood
Wobbly words wrapped in weal walnut-white wood
I climbed to be proud, not hide in a hood.
Bond with breezy star began with five blinks.
Wobbly words wrapped in weal walnut-white wood
Silk snare souvenirs and sturdy struck stinks.

You surely know I long for sweet romance
I melt completely by your teasing glance
Each night I pray you give this love a chance,
for you have cast a spell; I’m in a trance!

The scent you wear distracts me to the core
Your slightest touch enthralls, and I want more
That hungry look you give me, I adore
Though rooted to the ground, I seem to soar

You pull me close when danger is nearby
Is it because of love? Please, tell me why!
Your soothing voice brings comfort when I cry
Confess your feelings, or I’ll surely die!

You have not said the words, but actions show
The twilight walks and fire’s afterglow
Perhaps you think that I must surely know
Oh, say it, and let romance bloom and grow

“I love you,” are the words I need to hear
I cannot take a breath when you are near
More than this life, yes, more to me you’re dear
Oh, say it now, my love, and have no fear

You say the words and seal them with a kiss
Pressed firmly to your chest, I am in bliss
In years to come, I’ll smile and reminisce
You were and are my life, remember this!

I delight in your twaddle inside me, young girl.
Restore the golden-pink gleam with a swirl.
Memories of who've died or are close to dying.
Delve deep, according to inner-child supplying.

Taking apart each self that has been dark-dyed
Then, closely dig up the shimmering past's side.
Until we draw a kinder rainbow hue, we must wait.
Vacant space below crops and owned bogs is fate.

I witnessed my parents waiting at the school gate.
I spy my father wandering the area near the grate.
The stems of ivy felt alike wings around her neck.
I can view my mother eschewed quickly to the deck.

ignited by her tenderness and exuberance.
Hijinks start here, unlucky protuberance.
Her giggling sounds akin to the essence of life.
Her grin, which is always braw, stops any strife.

Anemoia

Whether it be pernicious hailstorms,
Or be shiveringly cold snow.
It shall be in all forms,
And it comes by and goes in a blow.

Surprisingly it can be an exuberant reminiscence
Perhaps a past full of dolorous tear.
One can only see it in essence,
For it is neither far nor near.

Oh, The wonders it brings!
Deftly leaves on in disarray.
When it comes, it subtly clings,
Be it the month of june or the month of may.

May it very well be a place of fantasy,
Even a song so beautifully composed.
People erratically collate it with ecstasy,
By the virtue of emotions it grows.

Though the memories might not be real,
Mesmerizingly it blooms in me and you.
Sometimes it truly can be cordial,
And is delineated by very few.

Well, 'Tis merely a feeling,
So distantly called nostalgia.
As it may be endearing,
Precisely known as anemoia.

Soulful Reminiscence

Memories of him linger on,
In my heart, they'll never be gone.
His smile, his touch, his gentle embrace,
Forever etched in my mind, a sacred space.

Though we've gone our separate ways,
My love for him never decays.
I'll hold onto the moments we shared,
And cherish them, for they were rare.

He may be gone, but he'll never fade,
His memory forever ingrained.
And though I must now move on,
His essence will forever live on.

He got lost in the maze of his own past
He stands after an indescribable adventure
Massive man, a storyteller, with tales to share
His tone is realistic, and his words scatter
Fear His memories ring real to youthful ears

It's a peaceful fresh day outside
On a majestic high hill where angels dwell
The grief that was once false is now sealed and hidden
This glass is half-empty inside
Self-inflicted for its crude sides

It willingly avoids bending downwards
It slowly melts, floats back up, and bows
This notion never appears faraway

Beauteous blooms greeted visitors at the door
They were living an utterly worn-out existence
The owner admires the roses on the floor
Light of day replaced the darkness of residence

Remembrances that are unique
Each one crafts a life-harrowing story.
Maintain a firm grip on them.
Sustain them in your spirit forever.
Retrace your steps every so often.

Now is summer-
a washman echoes and nods
near a river.
