Refresh your soul with the sweetness of Christ. Begin
Each new day with prayers for love, mercy and guidance. Ask
For forgiveness if you have hurt or offended someone. He will
Restore the peace that you lost and now long for. Spend time
Every day immersing yourself in His word. Live to
Serve and love others as He has

Sands of Time

When I stand on the shore, everything makes sense.
I am forced into the now.
All of my senses are being utilized as nature intended.
I experience comfort.
My fear of death fades away.
The air smells refreshing, salty.
The wet sand under my feet and the wind at my face feels just right.
I can see eternity.
I am temporary and that

Walk
Outdoors
In nature
Among the trees
Or grassy meadows
Until your cheeks are red
The breeze you feel cools the skin
Some  blooming flowers worth picking
The sun is setting and you will be

Past the tears of joy 
My heart rejoiced and pumped
An utter beat of ethereal madness
For a new soul awakened love
With kind and somber touch
Unbeknownst and never felt 
Overcome with dizziness 
I swooned neath this power
My female flower pronounced 
And awakened fresh and sweet
For long ignored and now alive
Vitality and youth regained

Refresh My Darkened Soul

Take me to the mountain top
Baptize me in the cool rivers
Bath with me please don't stop
Let's see what it delivers

My heart is already cursed
From loving you so long
Holding back a heart will burst
Be it either right or wrong

I am damned for eternity
these feelings that aren't whole
Weight is such an enormity 
Refresh my darkened soul

Can a Muse Refresh

Can a Muse, words refresh
   seamlessly enmesh

While She's away
   does rhyme ever stray...

When she returns, if she returns
   will poetic pens yearn...

Will trumpets still blaze Imperially
   Inspirational visions, Ethereally

Captivating, Ascendant 
   ~ Illuminating...

It’s time for a change.
Things can’t remain the same.
The time is done,
Move on.


It’s time for a fresh page to write upon.
Throw old dreams into the chasm and write a new song.
All things they end and begin again.
It’s time for a change.


The cranes have come to build upon,
The nest that once stood here.

The Lord came to me in a vision and He said;
Wayward  brother(sister don't you worry;
And don't you wait;
The things you're going through
I already know are great. . .
For I will refresh the weary  and satisfy the faint;

While allowing God to do the best;
He's my provider;
And my guider, 
He's better to me than I've been to myself;

The Lord came to me in a vision and He said;

smooth journey ending in a failed event
being thorough and meticulous to shine
little mistake encroaches like a rodent
then perfection turns out to be less than fine
terrible smell coming out of a good scent
mental energy not ready to dine
result is short-lived, idea is permanent
the next street, an option with another line
emotion now becomes a bad leader
processing character

I feel so alone and lost
So suffocated by my sorrows
I want to get on my knees and pray
But these tears are blinding me
There is a hole in my heart...
