Can You Guess My Name?
I was given to you with a manual, a guide so precise.
I came with a expiration date, my time to suffice.
The world welcomed me joyfully and gave me a name.
Now I am dying, no longer the same.
Unlike any entity on earth I know the time,
The second of my death, it's eerie chime.
I know the successor who will take my place,
The one humans await with an eager face.
In my span I've known your secrets, your every plan.
If use of the manual has you feeling joy and pride,
If in your mind God is smiling at you, you'll thank me,
You'll remember me and move forward, eyes opened wide.
If not, you will celebrate my end with cheer,
Welcoming my successor fresh and clear.
Brand new, untainted, with hope anew,
For better days ahead, a brighter view.
I Am The Year 2024

The Gift from God
On January 1st a baby was born.
The world celebrated’.
This baby, this gift from God, we named 2024.
Three hundred sixty-five days more,
To better ourselves, His image to adore.
Now 2024 is gently sighing.
From December 25th to the 31st, it is dying.
Look back upon the gift of days,
Did you with thoughts or deeds,
God’s heart amaze?
Were you grateful, loving and kind,
Did you make God smile in your mind?
Are you worthy of the gift soon to arrive,
The newborn baby we will call 2025?

Refining consciousness
Line of inquiry
instrumentalising mind, I rested thought
employing it only when needed
shifting to heart, I became self-taught
gentling touch, voice of conscience heeded

Ode a Sky Light Viewed-
Orb site is blurred
Vision staring forth stares light
Flares of brilliant rays
Yellow hazel greens rites
Orange Blue back drop whiten
Spots of greys sharply
Hazed ever-grazed brilliants
Orb site stilled blurred
The light shines so ever bright
Vision staring forth sun's light

In service my heart as it cries for love;
What shall I do I am in remorse mode;
Beating ever sweetly covered in blood;
Tangent dreams of ever falling implode;
Eyes catalyst broken in heartache blind;
Heart can't sight where my malignant head is;
Those screams of brazen swollen eyes inclined;
Heartbroken beating no wise appears gives;
Solace passionate joys flooding over;
Challenge burden promises sprung loveless
My heart beats of joy laugher full closure;
Promise to you together we shun less;
Ourselves let us excuse and unlearn this;
May we congregate come ad-lib let's kiss;
