Like skipping stones on red river in heart
Let it be known love of God is holy art
No two creations will be the same
Some love with laughter others love with rain
The laughter is the joy of the Lord
Easy to breathe in hard to avoid
The tears so teal tall and true
can be from joy but from pain too.
God is great, He assigns a muse
We make mistakes but God never leaves you
Could even be God is a she
God is bigger than gender identities
What if God in the wildest of hopes
Sent many in white wisdom cloaked
He sent them to encourage humans
Not at all a worry as the color of skin
God did not make mistakes
Even loves the ones who love to hate
If God is art of heart
Be careful what you create there is not dark
What if you found light in the dark
Could be Christ won your heart
Or could be in Muhammad or in Buddha you took flight
Winging your mind and soul to new heights
Musings on faith is there only one way
To cross the dark in the light of day
If love is art in many forms created
How you love the creator and if you do may be fated.
Mohammed Ali
Dancing in the ring
Flying like a butterfly
Eying the title-world champ
He took on anyone
The belt was his to hold...
Until defeat...he shakes a hand
He fought Joe Frazier three times
He was the greatest boxer
Sneaky Jeja
While walking past this tree
I thought it said
"Can I have your sandwich"
I thought
"Did you speak to me"
He stuck out his hand and doubled it and took it
Before i said "yes"
Without a twitch
I handed it over again and laughed all the way home
What a cheeky Sneaky Jeja tree.
Amen.
I once boxed Mohammed Ali.
Then I knocked him out in Round Three.
I thrust out my chest
to show who was best.
Said, “Yo, now who stings like a bee?”

Mohammed Ali
Cassius Clay
The Legend
He was not a humble man
Everything he did, was big and grand
He taunted and barbed with poetic flair
His opponents he angered
Entertainment in the air
He was a legend, bigger than man
A champion in the ring
He often took a heroic stand
Breaking barriers of narrow minds
He defined his style in his own time
His greatest feats were not title wins
Nor his taunts and bragging sins
Inside there was a more humble man
Who stood for the downtrodden in troubled lands
Full of humility he still could sting like a bee
In the end he floats away
A softer man, of a fighter’s heart
So shed a tear, for this complex legend
Whose humble beginnings’
The butterfly brought home to his roots
God brought him back to his beginning
Cassius Clay he was… and now lives in eternity
Freed not by name
But by convictions... of his
Good deeds
Mohammed Ali
A great legend hero man
with joy he loves deep
meditation, so cool talk,
walk, and fight the true evil
The man was a legend.
So farewell, Cassius Clay, Ali
You knocked out a bit of poetry
That butterfly one sure packed a sting
And well done on the boxing thing
Mohammed, man, you’re counted out
You gave the boxing thing a shout
Wrote rhyme to make a grown man cry
And dodged the draft like a butterfly
Ali, you’ve packed your final punch
Man, you took boxing out to lunch
Men say that you are God today
Who made Mohammed out of Clay

The love for God has dwindled around the world,
The exclusion of God has started with little boys and girls,
They are being taught to be irreverend from an
early age, which only fuels resentment, evil and
rage,
God is love, no matter what he is called,
His name has a sacred meaning for all
who serve him, no one should promote
public vexation or criticism on a whim,
Believers have a right to worship him
in any form,
God is peace, enlightenment and serenity,
The world will never stand a chance until the
notion of his existence is respected properly.
