Premium MemberThis Wholesome Hellish World

A place, a planet, a particle in the Universe,
This is where I was born, but oh I know
Things can often sometimes become worse
As I struggle every day and reap what I sow.

A place, a planet, nothing but a speck
And yet we are all left to suffer forever
In a neverending cycle even after we wreck
Forms that were sometimes not in our favor.

A place, a planet, just ants in grand scheme,
As we continue living on meaninglessly,
We're always slowly dying, so it would seem,
So enjoy all the wholesome things lovingly.

A place, a planet, though a prison, is home.
All our souls want is true freedom,
The ability to go far, explore, and roam
Despite this Hellish world's many a qualm.

most are unusual some mundane ~ one logs in mostly to complain

most are encompassing some refrain ~ one writes rebukes sounding insane

most are sophisticated some quite plain ~ one adds nothing just distain

most are original some entertain ~ one seeds hatred, sounds in pain

most are orthodox some arcane ~ one solipsist rules their lone domain

most like contests some avoid fame ~ one says they’re meaninglessly inane

most are devout some go against the grain ~ one or two faves, all a game

Premium MemberA Halloween Dream

Occasionally I dream.
Black ominous spots as my eyes close.
A dream I never remember,
A dream I don't want to remember.
For when I do I cringe with fear,
Sit in a corner of my darkened room,
Trying unsuccessfully to forget.

Fitful recurring dream,
That leaves the palate dry,
Devoid of savored zest,
Flat as unleavened bread.
Murky shadows in a dark room,
Swirling, gasping, mutely roaring,
Ugly, brusque, dyspeptic, and morose.
It gyrates meaninglessly in the void,

A menacing, unpleasant stench
That eventually dissolves into nothingness.
A dream orchestrated to confuse,
Meant to gradually unhinge the mind.
So fatigued, I sleep and dream.
The rest I am awake to face
The terrors of the night.
Surrounded by four impenetrable walls.

Lost Love Launched Into Space

Such a immense pain I feel
when i realize that I am not the sun
 that illuminates your life ...
   Distress even greater when perceive
 that your moon has settled
    on the darker side
 that I don't notice ..
And that we were the same as
    disconnected outcasts
 floating meaninglessly,
    wandering aimlessly,
 lost from that love
     athwart the spaces ...!

Numbed

The waves came to sweep me
on the pebbles

Through the ears of the breeze
I whispered you

On the wings of the albatross
I saw the rising sun

Today exhausted I am on the stone
numbed feelings my poem is

By the thread of the living theory
I am feared existence

Bottomless dungeon of inferential news
I blame the times

I forget myself; I forget myself meaninglessly
for the self-made roots

Introspection-03

I hate you
because you follow your religion blindly!

I hate you
because you think that
without you and your religion
remaining all are a fraud

I hate you
because irrationally you have belief on God!

I hate you
because you make stone an idol,
and worship it meaninglessly

I hate you
because your pioneer brought
the divisions among peoples

I hate you
because your holy books make
conflicts among peoples

I hate you
because you all do not think
what I'm thinking

I hate you
because you all do not do
what I'm doing

I hate you
because it's true that I do not know
why I hate you for these all and
what the next purpose of my hatred! ! !

What Could Have Been

The expectations held on tightly
Strong enough to suffocate your love for me
What if all I needed was to let go?
Leave my dreams aside
To keep you by my side
I would've done it
Anything to keep you mine, and not hers
What if all we needed was a little time?
But instead you chose, for all time
Hastily ending our unity
Your fault in this wasn't the break
It was the giving up
When you vowed forever and always
You lied, promises broken
Words thrown around meaninglessly
Now, I lie
Discarded beneath a mountain of "what could have been"
And I'll stay here
Waiting for someone who cares

Played

Ever feel you were taken a fool by someone
You thought you arctually knew
Turns out they played a better game
And you are left with.heartache and pain
Funny how the truth comes out yet they tell
You it's wrong to have doubt
Yet they know exactly what they are talking
About
Your the fool and he so meaninglessly played
You and now your left with tears and shame
But you never thought you'd be a part of his
Heartless game

Waiting Room Escape

So meaninglessly mean with florescent gloss
A room in town with soft coughs and smiles
Stories are to told of condolences, loss
Its tubular chairs screech on polished tile

We waiting here to be cautiously revealed
Await the ordinary releasing whispering sighs
Await prescriptions of hope to be filled
Only the well wait without showing their eyes

I'd say, Oh let's go down to the stream in the forest
Let us all rest by Grimm's river deep
Where the detritus sweeps quickly before us
And rest may come and shade allow sleep

And if mortality should fail and sadly we depart
Strangers will say the sky cried its purest tears
They were one mind in a million beating hearts
But rivers thought endless, did soon disappear

Beyond Memory

Memory plays ‘hide-and-seek’.
Mind is a sorry seeker in this game.
A doctor prescribes to cure ‘the void’.
It’s a learned hypocrisy.

Words clash one another on Mrs.Pathu’s
tongue and fall down meaninglessly.
Infancy is reborn in the wet
shade of her Alzheimer’s.

Memory sets in her present
and rises in her past.
Intermittently falling beams
glare in her eyes.

She bobs up and down like the jetsam
on the waves.
Now, life announces
its retrieval in doleful tones.

Heartbreak

The non-exsistant nature of things most desired fuels a heart
already marred with disdain and disfugured with impropreity.
The heart turns inward wrapping itself into a bleeding barbed wire prison.
For that pain reveals disturbing forgetfulness.
As the red current laughs wickedly,
choking out honesty in tiny pin pricks no longer reversable.
The aching silence is filled with beautiful memories,
that cut small and shallow like razor blades.
Relentless with their torment until only numbness is left.
Curled up, screaming from the outside in,
but smiling to the world meaninglessly.
Keeping the secret a secret,
a sad hidden treasure for someone to unlock.

To the Ugly-Bride-To-Be

You are beautiful,
The old men find you irresistible.
The men, well dressed,
Leg crossed,
Sitting in their shops,
Whistling as you take stops.
You catwalk,
The *****cat never again walk.
Guys watching, your hips twisting,
East to west.
Who will woo you first?

I adore you,
But give me all fortunes, I will refuse you.
Painting hands and lips are your morning duty,
Abuse words only you know, yet you claim beauty.
You are so caring,
Little needs of your youngers are frustrating.
You detest men with leg-edes-benz,
And even toy with those with mercedes-benz,
Robbing them mercilessly.
Making men meditate meaninglessly.

As the clock ticks,
So, does the page of the day flicks.
People are not getting younger,
Everyone and so should you have got wiser.
Be respectful and obedient.
Love your man and learn to be patient.
Be caring in all situation,
And never give your man examination.
Behaviour, if you ask me
Is beauty, beautiful bride-to-be.

Premium MemberTrivial Pursuit

Beyond
These trivial pursuits
The day looms long,
Largely unused, unplanned,
Promising unimportant
Activities.
Anticipating alternatives,
Inertly I idle,
Mind meandering meaninglessly,
Mildly morose,
Diffident, diffuse,
And aimless.
