Chocolate’s a drug, but it’s legal
It wont get you on charges in court
You can buy it on any street corner
There is no other drug of this sort
Its power is quite meteoric
As its essence goes straight to the brain
The feeling you get is euphoric
You can do it again and again
Each bar that you eat feeds the urges
But once it has passed by your lips
As into your brain chocolate surges
A little will stick to your hips
Your beam will get wider and wider
You will start to stand out in a crowd
They will know you’re addicted to chocolate
There is no need to say it out loud
And as the addiction gets stronger
You’ll eat chocolate with every course
You won’t have friends any longer
You will find yourself wracked with remorse
As your rear end continues expanding
And your energy levels get low
You will find exercise more demanding
When you’ve only one speed, and that’s slow
Luckily there’s a solution
It’ll get you up off of your back
Just make it your new resolution
To get an addiction to crack

How are we going to win this fight
Let's try shock and awe
Let's rain on them missiles and bombs
That's how we'll win this war
A soldier walks in the rubble
All that's left of this town
He feels the tears well up in his eyes
As he stands and look around
He sees bodies lying there
Of people once so proud
Of this town where once they lived
They seem to shout out loud
Why did you do this to us?
What did we do to you?
Why did you maim and kill
Us and our children too?
He hears a whimper sees a tiny hand
Reach out through the rubble in vain
In that hand is a raggedy doll
It fills his soul with pain
He knows that a child is lying there
He tears at the brick and the stone
But he knows that the child is dying there
And that she will die lost and alone
The soldier drops his weapon
He sadly walks away
He vows to never to fight again
He shouts we cant win this way
Yes we can win a battle
Yes we can win a war
But its not worth the cost of the victory
If we use shock and awe
Wishing my yesterdays had never came to pass , the lonliness that tomorrow will bring and another hard night is in sight .
How my memories creep through my mind , remembering what I've lost and what was left behind.
Wisdom they say comes with time,Understanding is always a good sign.Pretending I'm still that man still loving you so blind.
Am I okay ? Will I be alright ?Maybe you should stay for just this one night .
You have to help me now, Please stay , it will make things alright . I just need a moment to make this all stop some how ,
It's so important that I be heard . You'll know exactly my meaning once you've heard these words.
I have turned that corner now and there's really no reason to go back. Nobody there wants to know just where I'm at .
This life of mine I had given to you ,has lost the destination , a new route I must persue.
With all of me I have loved you my dear this you know with out any doubt .
As the hours of the night turn to morning , it's you I am without.
My days begin with sadness and a smile is nowhere about , and this missing you goes on each and every day,
you can hear the breaking of my heart ,that is what they all say,
It's a pain so cruel and deep you can hear it breaking out loud. My empty arms are missing you and the tears I have cried ,
now that you are nowhere to be found.

Glow morning warm
hugging
sleepy scalp and face embrace

yellowing fragrant dawn
Without fear of fading dark

Hang on
for this new day's feel good dance
Lay back

butt and back below
Angel face
reflecting innocence of trauma
from hands on humane touch
empowering health
warming arms to shoulder soothing skin,
lightly felt wealth of recreation
Back

back and forth
Soft slapping rhythms

Songs we sing;

just before dream-filled night
And two more.
One at early bright
and one at brightest warm
as I'm sure you've noticed
five from dark through light
In our well-seeing
daily weaving care,
visible signs
for sacred wonders
and silent wealth care voices
Warmly embracing
inclusive sentient choices,
enabling these shared songs
our therapeutic rejoices
of out loud sounds
while feeling communion's dancing touch
Even more sacred,
profoundly aware
without verbal dominance
these soulful sounds
whispering our glancing

circling sights
inside outsized well-sung voice
enabling healthy care,
empowering well-felt choice
Togathering
this glow morning hug
warm waking mindful scalp
and spirit face embrace
Without fear of fading dark

I was yours before clouds formed
across morning sky, when panes get misty,
and finger tips rosy with blood.
I was yours before the sunrise,
you and me beneath the shade of apple trees,
lustful intents dripped from lips
flavoured at crunches of leathery flesh:
exhilaration, heaves of sugary sweetness.
In the darkness, we glowed,
my heart one with yours,
a wick on a candle stick
lit up with the flames of love,
then beating like a red drum, our hearts still,
sounding a chorus echoed in the dark silence,
a thump! and a thump!
Into your rock steady stance, I fall
into an embrace like paper written with words
of amour read out loud
covering your chest, I shall
with my ebony hair,
and entangle my fingers
in the twist on your head,
till slumber ropes our eye lids in a knot
And tie us in a bond of the night
love comes once you'll say
and as long as we are,
I am yours forever
Till the day breaks
CALL ME ALIEN
Finally, my blood began to coagulate
At last I was reverting to my true form
No longer that puny human organism
Do not mistake that smile for altruism
My smirking at your pain is the norm
Your form I’ve used and grown to hate
I have lived on Earth for so many years
I’ve done my duty and not complained
Gathering of intelligence to understand
How best to do what we have planned
This crazy species cannot be explained
And their end time is here, it appears
For me, I’ve played only a minor part
As into their society I have now grown
With none suspecting who I really was
Why did they accept me - just because
All the time believing they were alone
With feelings in that thing called heart
I’m glad that soon I’ll be out of here
Back to my original world so distant
None of the stuff claimed as humanity
I have even learned a little profanity
With my own values, it’s inconsistent
Let all these soft humans shed a tear
If I cannot get back, my duty is done
I’ll enjoy their pain, seen at first hand
It will start with a massive black cloud
And I’ll laugh as they all cry out loud
I will be relieved when my people land
And relish the warmth of a second sun
You are in my thoughts and in my prayers.
I’m sorry that your heart is broken and in need of repair.
I pray for you strength, to help you deal with such a loss.
I’m here for you my friend and I’ll help you carry that cross.
Some have lost their father and there’s a newly widowed wife.
Others have lost a dear friend and Uncle, a major player in our life.
Let’s all mourn together so that none have to suffer alone.
We’ll send all our love to the father and help welcome him home.
I know this has been said many times and in many different ways.
He is now in a better place and that’s where he will stay.
When he comes to visit in your dreams, make sure that you give him a smile.
We are only separated by death for just a short while.
Continue to live your life and keep making him proud.
Make sure to listen for each chord and always sing out loud.
Enjoy each and every moment of your life and don’t let it drift.
None of us are promised tomorrow; life comes from God, so enjoy his gift.
I smoked a cigarette today and couldn't understand why.
It was a bad habit indulged long forgotten of mine
and then it suddenly struck me. I realized why.
I guess I simply want to die,
but cigarette smoking is a very slow and painful process of suicide.
So I made a decision. I'm going to ride out life's ride
with all of its twists and turns and the occasional surprise
guaranteed to strike me unexpectedly right between the eyes.
If I have to I will continue to swim against life's tide
because realistically eventually we're all going to die.
What's the big rush? Why even consider suicide?
When I'm at that lowest depressed state that one can possibly be,
here's something I do regularly that seems to help me.
I look at myself in the mirror and say out loud to me,
"Buck up and be a man you oversensitive big baby!"
That's me giving tough love to me.
I’d be honoured, given my life, so grand -
My Obituary, drawn by my hand.
Who strutted in my shoes around the earth?
Precisely, I know best what my life’s worth!
First of all, by natural selection,
Life and I shared mutual affection.
Life loved me right til death and long before,
But I insist I madly loved her more.
Through strife and struggle we struck a fair deal -
She gives me grief but grants me time to heal.
She kindly pinky promised from the start -
My wealth flows from the bottom of my heart.
She swore to me that despite all tears shed
I’d laugh more than cry by the time I’m dead.
She urged to seize the day and have a ball,
She enticed me to take less and give all.
Less is more by far, she expressed out loud -
“No carryon to afterlife allowed”!
In sync we cried and laughed, but we had fun,
And morphed organically into one.
My earthly worth is my life’s full credit,
Obituary, no need to edit.
I’m glad this final tribute note above
written and signed, “To my Life! With love!”
