Where We Belong - a Collaboration - Part - 1

My lady of the night, you light my soul with Vampyre passion,
long I have walked alone from the delights of your Vampyre love.
Now, once more, the night lives with your embraces.
Gone now the melancholy song of my nights,
once more the night is alive with sensual promise,
I feel as if my heart and soul are home again,
holding you close, I know once more the joy of a beating heart.
My Kah Vah Teh, my lady of the night, sing now with me our song,
that song which ever joins us in love's sweet bliss.
The promise of our nights shall once again sing,
come into my arms again and may our night hearts sing in majesty,
let the night be alive with our love, I am again your Shadrach Hah ....

..... Sire, as I breathe this thin night air
And hear the songs upon the wind,
I beckon once more for you,
Your fingers upon my face
as your lips caress once more
The lines of silken skin that I hold bare
For you to take your fill .....

..... Come close to me this midnight, dark,
Enfold me in your arms,
so once more we may walk as one,
Into the aeons of immortal love.
I hear the songs of gentle love
and dance with you once more,
Come close to me, my dark desire,
let us dance again to the songs
that only immortal love can sing .....

..... Our harmonies of love sing into the night,
Are we but two silhouettes against the moon
or are we a fire of desire, emblazoned across night's landscape?
We are the desire of all love's passions,
from the core we join in primal passion as our fire grows.
We become an immortal flame,
a sensual dance of the night's longing.
Oh my beloved, what joy sublime,
caressing once more the temple of my lady of the night.
Your kisses fanning the flame of my complete passion,
lifting my desires to a spiritual plain.
In the night's embrace, together,
we are where we belong .....

..... Silver moon to guide us this night
And the essence of your being upon my lips...
My beloved! How complete are we in this moment!
Your pale skin glowing in this glorious night!
Raven dark your eyes as they fall upon me
And at this moment the universe is witness
Of the glory of a life, a love, immortal!
My vampire knight... I will behold you
Into infinity of immortal time and space!

Reason and Desire

Covered with your mantle you spirited me away
that form held my emotion held me in its sway
herefore you could view me soul as clear as glass
wish do I its movements desire never it to pass

Vision upon vision opened mine eyes to see
need to build this life for all of humanity
I want to take your hand and lead you to the door
fill you with inspiration and lift you even more

I can build a ballroom much greater in my mind
dance upon marbled floors the room I did design
where the frames are gilded with silver and with gold
here the strings of harps the listeners ears enfold

I want to take every pain from you away
and when you wake tomorrow for nothing more to pray
want you to understand I wrote this just for you
ever seek your happiness where Love’s unbroken true

I never want you lingering in the house of vain
I want to see you dancing with joy in life’s refrain
to paint with every color and play with every hue
to wake with a song in heart and share the things you do

If I could but reach you and your spirit mend
shelter all your feelings your life would I defend
I would give you blue skies the mists of gentle rain
flowers in the springtime an earth that’s rich in grain

But someone has already given all these gifts
meant them for everyone and not as man permits
but you must keep seeking to fill yourself in kind
always to be generous in actions and in mind

To find a fluent master who can teach you the right way
examine all of learning apply it in every day
from a little seedling did the tree of knowledge grow
until you can reach for life and the beauty of it know

When you think your well is empty
and the depths within are dry
get up and seek the water
and to its sources fly

don’t linger in the darkness
and traditions that are blind
in life to be exalting
but you its paths must find

Life is a kind of music
and fathomless its array
it takes time and practice
to master the chords you’ll play

Take in life’s instruction
examine all in it that’s good
make your heart and mind the temple
and its teachings understood

I see you bent low
Your head in your hands
Tears dropping on the table cloth
The heavy sighs that no one can hear
Fill my ear
Even past the wall
Between eternity and finite time
I hear
I see
Your guardian angel is near
My orders from the throne
To protect you from harm
Physical….spiritual
To guard your steps

Yet...I see you have not walked
For many an hour
You have been glued to that spot
Unmoving
Only knowing that your universe
Is caving in
Forming a black hole
That is sucking in your soul

The decision is mine to make
I have no time to hesitate…
Overstep my bounds?
Or just hover and watch you drown?

The room fills with light
As I materialize
Hiding my wings
Not wanting to shock you
Not in your present state...
But you are too far gone to see
The gun on the table…ready
So, with one hand I touch your face
With the other under your grizzled chin
I make you look up at me….

Your eyes fill with wonder
You blink away the tears
Trying to focus
Trying to grasp the reality of me

Before you have time to question
I close my lips on yours
And breathe into your mouth
The eternal qualities of heaven
Peace, joy, love and light….
A lingering kiss of life
The moment where heaven and earth collide
And I unfold my wings and envelope you
In a cocoon of heavenly wonder
I enfold you

I feel your strength returning
I will not let you fall
I have heard the unspoken call
Of your bleeding heart…

And as you reach your arms around me…
In that moment…I’m gone
Clothing myself with invisibility
Yet…. just as near
Unseen to your mortal eyes
But as real
As the erratic beating of your heart
I hover near
You exhale slowly
Your breath is on my cheek
The light dims
And you open your eyes
Wondering what delirium
Has come over you

Yet there….there in your hand
A token of the encounter
A white feather
That glimmers in the night

Against orders….
I will stand before the throne
And try to find the words to explain
This strange act...
I could not keep back
I had to guard your life
In the only way I knew how
In that unearthly moment in time

I will find the grace to answer
My reward… the look in your eyes
The radiance of your face
The knowing smile that reveals
You are worthy enough
On a dark and hopeless night
To be kissed….
By the lips of an angel
A guardian angel of light

You asked me the other day, my friend,
who I am and I replied:
I am you in another body!
Yes, it is true,
Look, how much the same we are,
No matter what, the color
The creed
The race
The status

Look,
I am born and I die
I suffer and I enjoy
I love and I hate, just
Like you!

I am a father, a brother, a son,
A mother, a sister, a daughter, just
Like you,

Happiness I seek,
Family to raise is my wish,
Peace to find I look for,
Just like you

I yearn
I abhor

I fear
I hope

I bleed
I heal,
Just like you,

I believe
I doubt

I accept
I refuse

I laugh
I cry,
just like you

We are alike
We are the same
We are brothers...

Children of a unique father.

Tell me,
My brother,
My friend,
My ally,
Why do we have to oppose,
To fight
To hurt
To destroy and
To eliminate
One another?

Are our seas really that narrow,
Our oceans that small,
Our lands so limited
To contain all of us?

Or

Is it the case that
Our hearts are not big enough
And our minds not so wide-open to
Enfold all mankind?

Listen to me, my other self:
It is up to us to change this world
We have inherited, with its virtues and vices,
History and culture
Flaws and merits
And
Try to make it
Better
Nobler
Kinder and more caring
By obliterating harmful beliefs,
Demolishing injurious divisions,
Destroying detrimental distrust,
Annihilating racism and eradicating
The erroneous feeling of poisonous superiority
For
To bring the dawn of a new loving world,
A world of acceptance
Of respect
Of justice
Of equality
Of love and
Of universal brotherhood

So as

With peace in our hearts, liberated we would be
From the past’s deleterious tribulations
That for myriads of years,
Have kept us, fighting one another!

Premium Member The Red Leaf

the raspy whisper

finally

gets my full attention -
wistfully I smile
..for its persistence reminds me of you..

the crisp red leaf
scuttles scrapingly
across the gray pavement
to and fro
like a dancing crab
moving with the whims of the winds
chasing me
as it seemed like I had once chased my dreams;
blown in directions left up to chance
..until I met you..

..is it now, as it was then
Destiny?
for in this instant, my sense of direction
seems predestined..

a smoky scent
spices the chilled blue air
reminding me of our cozy nights
curled with the fire

..entranced
as we were
with our warmth
and our flame..

could it be
love signals from the hearth
calling me home..?

..my soul
feels akin to the red leaf,
the wafting smoke
and I am ready to follow..

Would the cold atmosphere be so cruel
as to play capricious tricks upon my eyes... or

..is that really
YOU
standing there..?

Oh!
my beloved,
how my broken spirit
has suffered
in my pining desire to be with you -

I run to you!
years of yearning prayers answered
fingertips straining - stretching further
reaching out to touch you,
the whole of my being aching
to hold you and enfold you

..ah, I feel your heat
so very close to me..

Alas!
I fall to my knees,
my arms empty
but for the loss I carry..
your warm breath
on the nape of my neck
only my hot want
brewed with a cool wisp of the breeze

..Oh, God! Please!
just let it be
let me go..!

my forsaken flame less than a dying ember;
I but ashes in my grief
withered
in my autumn season
without you
still...

I’m slow to realize...
that your fading glow just the sun slanting low
blurring wicked whimsy with my wild sorrow
in the burning of these bitter tears.

Premium Member Naughty Or Nice

Santa! Oh, Santa! Please listen to me. It’s for Dragon! I’m begging you, please!
Dragon didn't mean to be naughty! He’s crying! He’s even down, on his knees!
Christmas is coming! He wants to be nice! Heaven knows what, he’ll do next!
It’s been quite a week! Beyond his control! And, of course, you know, the rest!

First, he swooped in to help an old Lady, as she tried to walk across a street.
But the wind from his wings; caught her and blew her away, and into a heap!
He volunteered: as a candy stripper, helping patients, at a hospital, without reward.
No smoking allowed, with the seriously ill, his Fire blew up, that one LITTLE ward.

He raked all the leaves for old Mister Brown, for free; who was so very, pleased.
He gave Dragon an at-a boy! And added a slap on his back, making him sneeze.
Which startled a spark, from Dragons great mouth. It’s a pity… what they say…
Mr. Brown’s house won’t be finished rebuilding, till… next spring and a day.

Dragon helped with the neighborhood school playground… monitoring the swings.
Upon hearing the comment, “I want to go higher”, they found Space, was achieved.
Now, sad and so lost, Dragon checked out a place, Google Earth had blurred out…
Jets forced him down, it was a secret location, now wiki-leaks-men run, all about.

At an Old Folks Picnic, Dragon grabbed 2 oldsters, then sat on a 3rd, one windy day.
Stopping them from being blown away, the 3rd leaves intensive care, soon, they say.
Baby sitting, a baby that kept crying, Dragon grew so upset, smoke billowed forth.
The firemen decided, until his smoke is under control, ‘no babysitting’, henceforth!

Santa is great! This we all definitely know! To get all these problems under control...
He said ‘don’t try so hard!’ As he found Dragon’s heart not only nice, but pure gold!
Peace was ensured, as he sent Dragon home… for his family to enjoy, and to enfold!
Now life will be better, for all! I’m sure!… Or so I do hope, to behold!

But… Pardon me, Santa… Did you just… say?… He’s officially nice, in your view?
Santa, perhaps a warning is due. His wish list, 2 miles long, is coming to you!
For all, it’d been quite a week, mission accomplished, as Santa gave a knowing wink!
‘Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas! Peace on Earth’, even with Dragon around, me-thinks.

A re-post of poem 939895 that mysteriously disappeared from PS...

The early morning darkness oozes melancholy whispers
as enraged storm clouds enfold me in a final deathly embrace.
She has come for me.
I can feel her breathy torment
breathe cold upon my beleaguered brow.
A cautious glimpse through my bedroom window
reveals the rage in her nictating blue eyes.
Frozen to my pillow I watch in terror.
Her minacious exhalations mesmerizing me.
Like a beautiful child giddily watching weightless seeds
float gently from blown Dandelions,
I watch transfixed,
as blinding fury strips leaves from trees,
breaking limbs like snapping bones.
The canopy twists in distorted grimaces
her demented smile mirrored in each pained contortion,
her wail echoed in the screams of trees.
They bend and turn and pull their roots from the soil
in vain attempts to escape her wrath.

She has come for me!
There is no escape.
A swirling dance of death and destruction,
bleeding droplets assail the glass.
A thousand tiny fingers tapping, scratching,
try to gain entrance into my final safe haven.
I can feel her drawing ever closer,
hovering above me,
sniggering,
her passion tempting me,
seducing me,
exulting in her conquest for she knows I can’t resist,
draining from me my heart,
my love,
my life.
Her cold dead fingers reach for me in my dream,
stealing my essences, draining my soul,
leaving nothing,
a dying husk of what once was an ebullient life, a caring man.

Then through the night a ray of brilliant light beams hope against darkness.
The angel appears.
Her words beckon me to fight against the demon,
the seductress, the succubus.
encouraging me,
caressing me,
With her agile wit and calm caring mind
she soothes me.
She comes for me,
and I await her eagerly.
Her laughter like the tinkle of sweet bells
vanquishes my night terror, waking me from my dream.
She comes for me,
and I melt longingly into her comforting willowy embrace
as the ravaging misery fights its final battle,
destroying all that it can.
With one last desperate breathe it screams curses into the night,
while my sweet angel strokes me with her words
and her beautiful blue eyes flash a brummagem smile.

Free Cee the Girl Next Door Gets Next To the Boy Next Door Song

This is a song to be sung by a lady so if there's one out there who thinks this worthy, sings and writes music take this and run with it. The only thing I want is the knowledge that someone used it...thanks if anyone can do this:
THE GIRL NEXT DOOR GETS NEXT TO THE BOY NEXT DOOR

I remember when the boy next door first knocked upon my door
I’d seen him washing his ninety-six Chevy two days before
He was shirtless and sweating while wetting down his wheels
And that is when a lady’s desire and lack of better judgment congeals

I think it was blue with writing that read “Body By Design”
I’m talking about the shirt of a man I’d like to make mine
With ripples and his rough spots in all the perfect places
Yet soft enough to hold me and enfold me in his embraces

The boy next door had a two-door Chevy he named “Beth”
He saw me as I walked by in short-shorts and very short of breath
The boy next door was breathtaking with eyes of beautiful blue
Someone who could make this girl next door’s dreams come true

But who, I wondered, was this lady by the name of Beth
Could he have confused the “B” as in boy with an “S” as in Seth?
Yes, that’s the circumstance now I’m sure with certainty
His name is Seth, there is no Beth, and I know that certainly

I remember when the boy next door first knocked upon my door
I’d seen him washing his ninety-six Chevy two days before
He was shirtless and sweating while wetting down his wheels
And that is when a lady’s desire and lack of better judgment congeals

That boy next door went from door to door looking for a kiss
While I waited at my door for the boy next door to come and kiss this miss
Finally we kept kissing and his beauty made my feverish flesh cold
And still gives me chills and thrills while he carries me over the threshold

The boy next door had a two-door Chevy that he named “Beth”
He saw me as I walked by in short-shorts and very short of breath
The boy next door was breathtaking with eyes of beautiful blue
The boy next door who made this girl next door’s dreams come true
And now the boy next door is the boy next door no more
Since that boy next door and I now share the very same front door
The very same…………… front door!

A Page From My Diary

Dear Universe,
Today I talk to you as you are
Today I talk to you for who you are
I talk to you about the things you have witnessed
All that happens under your skies and above your soil
I talk to you about your ability to tarnish a palace of gold and silver
Into specks of mere dust in matter of seconds
Today I complain and I thank simultaneously
I want to know
I want to know how you wreck a havoc on a soul in a way so subtle
Somewhere, somehow, a person withers away and it goes unnoticed
No questions asked
No crowd to honour the battalion
Everything vanishes into thin air and peope go about their business
As if nothing ever changed since the beginning of time
How do you make me torture myself?
How did you let me go so far in the search of purpose of life,
That i forgot all the reasons to live
When did my own life became a background scene of someone else's movie
Why do all the voices talking to me sound like a babbke of a distant crowd
How did all that I ever knew became just a vague memory
And I see how you make your works look like a cosmic role of dice
Your events, the product of spontaniaty
When you and I both know that its not
Nothing that you do is a conincidence
Everything is a part of a bigger plan of yours
The plan to which you intend to keep us oblivious
The plan in which we are playing puppets on your strings

And all I want
All I want from you is to merge my past ,present and future into one
And burry it away
Somewhere far away so that noone ever finds it
All I want is to STOP.
Stop what? I dont know

But today I thank you too
I thank you for pulling back my reigns
I thank you for putting shackles in my feet to remind me of who I am
I thank you for making me a creature so sensitive
Sensitive to the touch of fire and a gust of wind
To the light that kisses me in the morning
And to the darkness that enfold me at night
It indeed is a blessing and a curse

But above all the rants and gratitude, I honor you for pulling me back to my reality, my only truth
Thankyou, for all you did was necessary, rather vital to my existance
Thankyou for breathing life into me like a fire breathing dragon
Even though it burns and scalds my soul, I atleast know that I am alive now!

A red helium balloon
                                   I float above myself,
Watch the ritual unfold:

                                   Gather the sharps
                                   Lay them out
                                   Roll up the sleeves
                                   Enfold the world in silence.

Then, with infinite concentration,
The Not-Me begins:

                                    Draw the lines
                                    Open the flesh
                                    Let out the hot red
                                    Pain and Poison;
                                    Inscribe another testament
                                    To survival.

Then the balloon drifts down
Sleeves roll down
The Not-Me steps into the balloon
                                    And floats away,
And I become myself again,
Purged and Whole

Until the next time.

                                                               2.

A wraith,
I live on air
Insubstantial as the Winter's mists.

I am colorless
Blank as perfect ice, as cloudless sky
Yet I command all appetites,
Control my ghostly shape
Against all outside assault.

My Will is wind,
Invisible and Absolute.

A reed,
I bend but never break.

I may be fading, fading...

But the steel rod within the mist
Shines true and will not yield.

                                                               3.

Peel back the flesh
The flowing flesh,
And see the Void within.

I am large but I am empty,
Hollow as a gourd, a husk.
Tear me and the taut surface
Will collapse upon itself.

I hunger, ever hunger
For the things that fill others up
To keep them satisfied.

                                                     And so I eat.

                                                     I eat Love, Acceptance, Self-Confidence.
                                                     I eat Hate, Loneliness, Rejection.

Ultimately,
I consume myself.

                                                     After all,
                                                     Who else could stomach
                                                     The taste of me?
